Its location in an ample yard insures comfort and privacy for your stay. The kitchen is equipped for stay-at-home dining. The owners live in a separate house on the property and are ready to provide you with knowledge of Chatham’s history and assist you in your explorations of the town or Cape Cod. Get cozy and settle into this rustic space. Everything is here to enjoy a week on the cape(shorter stays available in the off season-please ask) in this beautiful little cottage. The beach is less than a mile away and the bike path is within a half mile. Close to the Orleans border with shops and great restaurants. Our weeks run from Saturday to Saturday. We supply you with linens and towels. We do have beach towels but you may want to bring your favorite towel and beach chair.

There is no interaction required with hosts during stay. 1/4 mile to National Seashore Salt Pond Visitor Center and 2.0 miles to Coast Guard Beach, rated America's 6th best beach in 2019 by Dr Beach. The studio is above the garage with a private entrance private bath with shower. Queen bed, wifi, whisper quiet mini split a/c no window unit, tv. There is a kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, sink, no stove.

Our Cottage sits directly on White Pond tucked away on acres of private property. Our cottage offers a private beach, deck, outdoor shower, outdoor dining area all while enjoying Cape Cod. White Pond is ideal for swimming, boating and fishing. The bike path and well known beaches are less than 2 miles and near to many delicious restaurants. There is another cottage on this property that sleeps four if you have other guest wanting to join

The Salt Pond Cottage

This is a free-standing private cottage that sleeps 2 comfortably. A spiral staircase leads up to a sleeping loft with a NEW QUEEN size Nectar bed! There is a full futon couch on the main level. The kitchen has everything you may need. The most spectacular thing about this home is its close proximity to the National Seashore. The salt pond, bike path, and freshwater ponds are also moments away!

The apartment is completely separate from the house with a private deck. The property is surrounded by conservation land so the closest neighbor is not visible from the apartment or the yard.
