Michael was fantastic with responding quickly, this home was beautiful & is a great location if you're looking to visit the white mountains! my friends & I had a great stay, we would definitely book again!

Everything was exceptional. Pristine premises with lots of room. Beds were cozy, bathrooms spotless. Everything you could think of was readily available. We did not use the pool and facilities but looked very nice. Easy to find and the property provides ample privacy. Amazing and if in the area would rent again.

My group had a wonderful time staying at Tim's place, pictures do not do this place justice will definitely be recommending and possibly returning as well

Great stay so homey and comfortable has everything we needed staying with two little girls ! Having laundry and kitchen made everything so convenient ! Close to so many things to do was the best vacation we’ve been on would definitely love to come back . Clean and organized everything was easy to find ! Great amenities pool ect !

The house is beautiful and the views are just breathtaking. From inside the house, you get a beautiful view of the lake and then the porch is amazing. You can kayak, use the paddle board or use the canoe. You can also sit by the lake and enjoy the campfire. The surroundings are very beautiful and peaceful. The host is very responsive, solved all our doubts and was flexible with us during check-in and check-out, which we appreciated very much. At check-in, we were greeted by a great bottle of wine and chocolates, which was a great touch. The house also has a ping pong table, books to read and board games. The kitchen was well stocked with the basics. We had an amazing stay, we highly recommend this property :)

I brought my family including my dad and step mom along with siblings, and cousins. The house was able to accommodate all of us and comfortably. My father who is 76 was able to watch his shows in the dining area where there is an amazing coffee bar and big screen tv. He was in heaven! We enjoyed the grill and outside seating. Everything was amazing and we all made some great memories! Thank you for an EPIC experience.

We had a fantastic stay at Mercedes' home in Lincoln. Everything was spotless and well-prepared upon our arrival. The space was even larger than the photos suggested, providing plenty of room for our family. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was a huge plus, making our stay even more comfortable. Mercedes was incredibly responsive and flexible, which was especially helpful with our little ones. The location was perfect—right in town and just a six-minute drive to Loon. The game room in the basement was a fantastic bonus that everyone enjoyed. Thank you, Mercedes, for a wonderful stay!

Emily was a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and comfortable. The space had everything we needed and more, and it was clear that a lot of care went into the details. We lucked out with a beautiful week! We spent our week hiking, the dogs loved “swimming” in the river. We loved everything there was to do in the house, we never had nothing to do! Everything in the house was absolutely spotless. Derek was great at communicating and recommended great spots around the area. Definitely bring lots of mosquito and tick spray! We all loved the fire-pit and the hot tub at night. Overall, it was the relaxing getaway that we all needed! The couches and the bed were extremely comfortable as well, which is always a plus!

We stayed for a long holiday weekend with our adult kids and their partners (6 of us). The house is gorgeous and comfortable and the best-appointed BnB we’ve ever seen. Literally anything you could want or need. The setting is beautiful, peaceful and secluded yet within 15-30 minutes of fantastic local food and activities. High points for us were the deck with amazing views (including of a handsome black bear that moseyed past early our first morning!), great kitchen and gathering spaces, and the awesome fire pit. Dana was super responsive and flexible and made us so comfortable, a perfect host. I can see us returning (we considered never leaving, but…). 10/10.

We were two couples and enjoyed our stay at the lodge. It is well organized and located in a beautiful setup on the lake. A relatively short 30 minutes drive allowed us easy access to the white Mountains attractions. Vanessa was proactive on closing the open space above the bedroom doors just before we came - so this issue as reported in some other reviews has gone away… in short - highly recommended!

My friend and I needed a night to escape traffic & the busy life. We had such a great experience here! It's in a great location, walking distance to the river. Super close to the covered bridge and waterfall. The rooms are clean and adorable, the yard is comfortable and the hot tub was perfection! We will be here again!

The Pancake House was the perfect getaway! Peaceful, relaxing, comfortable, and charming! The house is better than the photos can show, and offered plenty of space for fun and relaxation. We enjoy evenings by the fire after enjoying the sunset on the lake!

It was our best “Vacation Dating” stay. From the moment we stepped inside, Jessica’s thoughtfulness for her guests showed throughout this Tiny Home. She smartly provided every amenity imaginable…some unimaginable, unique, and thoughtful…to make one’s stay very comfortable. Then there was the hot tub. I never imagined enjoying one in a snow fall like we did our first morning there. Do make reservations to stay and enjoy the experience. Let it be your best “Vacation Dating” stay, too.

We had a great stay at Brandon’s place. The house is cozy and clean, and the location right on the lake made it really special. We grilled every night, used the kayaks during the day, and hung out by the fire pit in the evenings. It was super quiet and peaceful, and the view from the dining table made board games and meals even better. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the whole space just had a really relaxed, homey feel. Brandon was easy to communicate with and everything went smoothly. It was a great spot to unplug and enjoy some time by the water — we’d definitely come back.

The Bobhouse was a great location for our family winter get away. The central gathering space, kitchen and living room, were great, as were the bedrooms ad baths.

Our stay here was great. it was rainy until the morning we checked out, which was a bummer, but the covered hot tub area was used each night instead. the kitchen was fully stocked with cookware and basic spices. I brought my own coffee for the Keurig but there was complimentary coffee pods, tea, and hot cocoa available as well. lots of games to play, artwork to look at. the dishwasher is very small so you can't fit much in there but luckily we were only 2 people. the only slight negative was the pellet stove being in the bedroom downstairs, only because of how noisy it is when it's running. it made it near impossible to sleep with it on if you're a light sleeper at all. overall, fantastic stay and thank you so much

This is the most perfect family vacation spot. It is directly across the street from the boat house with lake access. The most beautiful views you could ask for. less than a mile from grocery and restaurants. The interior is stunning and clean. My family has already asked me to book it again!

Erin's place was the best Airbnb place I've stayed in since I became a member over 10 years ago! I cannot say enough wonderful things about it honestly, from the most comfortable bed imaginable (I took a picture of the mattress and pillows and bought them!) to the kitchen amenities and the most GORGEOUS views! I went there as a retreat from hectic Boston life and it was so peaceful I was ready to book another stay soon!

Absolutely incredible experience! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this place was something special. The property was immaculate—clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Every detail, from the cozy bedding to the pristine kitchen, was perfection and made our trip unforgettable. Judith went above and beyond in every way, and clearly thought of everything a guest would need to feel right at home. She is also very responsive and easy to communicate with Without question, this property sets the gold standard for all Airbnb rentals. My friends and I had a wonderful stay at this house hosted by Byron Property Management. They had snacks waiting for us when we arrived, Christina was kind and quick to respond when we had a question, and the house was exactly what was demonstrated in their advertisement. We are excited to come back next year and hopefully make this an annual trip at this property!
