There is an option to sleep a fourth Person on the downstairs sofa bed. PARKING There is FREE parking to the front of the property on a very quiet slip road, although you may have to give way to the ducks from time to time !!! Self contained garden studio available in Clarendon Park, close to Demonfort Hall and on the main bus route to the city centre there's. The space has A/C, a small kitchenette, bathroom, workspace, corner sofa, double bed, Sky TV & Movies (Netflix, Disney etc) and an 85" home cinema. Bifold doors open out onto a spacious south facing garden & there is plenty of parking too. We have a cockerpoo who lives in the main house, she's extremely friendly & does not come into the studio unless invited!

The house was bright with 3 good sized bedrooms. Entry to the property went smoothly and everything was clean with fresh bedding and towels. we appreciated being able to find availability as relatively short notice for us and our elderly parents. we will bear this place in mind for future trips in the area.

What I like most is that Mariko's house is located in the city center, close to Victoria park and the University of Leicester. As I had an internship at the University of Leicester, it took just minutes to get there from the house. Moreover, near the house there is Queens Road where you can find lots of shops and restaurants. A host, Mariko is a kind, open-minded and talkative person who did everything to feel comfortable. It is a place where I want to be back and thanks a lot for everyting, Mariko!
