The beautiful view in the pictures is even more beautiful in real life. If you want to experience a great sunset, you have the perfect opportunity to do so from the balcony. If necessary, you can also take the path down to the beach within a few minutes. The building is newly built and the apartment has been furnished in a modern and stylish way. Everything you can use during your stay is available in the apartment. The restaurant next door is recommended, the owner is very nice, the food is delicious and also with great views. Our check-in was uncomplicated. We were able to clarify everything via messages. Just as we arrived a little later than expected, because we had taken the ferry from Corfu and there were some delays there, we were nevertheless received personally and very friendly. We felt very comfortable and did not miss anything during the stay.

It was a wonderful holiday in Albania, in Vlora. A beautiful apartment contributed to this. We felt right at home. Very comfortable. The owner turned out to be very responsible and professional. She responded very quickly to every question and doubt. Thank you very much for providing us with such a beautiful apartment. P.S. During our conversations with the owner after making the reservation and doubts related to the parking space, the statement - "if you want, you can cancel" - had nothing to do with hospitality and I believe that such words could have been avoided. We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is well appointed, and the view can’t be beat. We used the shared rooftop space frequently, and we almost always had it to ourselves. The apartment is within walking distance of a handful of restaurants, a bakery, and a small grocery store. It’s a hike to and from the below beach area, but once you get there, it’s a perfect swimming spot. Complimentary cleaning was offered twice a week, so the place was always spotless. The parking area has a bit of an incline, so be cautious of your bumper.

We had a lovely stay at Leo’s place. He was really nice and accommodating – we were running late from the airport and he worked around our schedule so we could pick up the keys without any stress, which we really appreciated. The apartment itself was clean and tidy, with towels and extra bedding provided. The beds were comfy and it was nice and quiet at night, so we all slept well. The view from the apartment was absolutely incredible, especially at sunrise and sunset – I could have sat there for hours just looking out. The kitchen had the basics, but could do with a bit more equipment if you’re planning to cook more than just simple meals. That said, it wasn’t a major issue for us. The location was ideal – we were three girls and it was less than a 10-minute walk into the main part of town, which felt really convenient. We also hired a car, and having a parking space included with the apartment was really handy. Overall, a great stay and would definitely recommend.

Very nice accommodation in a beautiful location in front of the sea. Maria was very helpful and super available for all our requests. There are bars and restaurants near the house. We report very good breakfasts!

We felt very comfortable from the first moment! The accommodation is beautifully located – the view is simply fantastic. We were three with our eight-year-old daughter and enjoyed the time all around. The pool was a real highlight, large and very well maintained. We were particularly impressed by the warm hospitality - we were always surprised with delicious treats and our wishes were literally read from our eyes. An all-round perfect accommodation - absolutely recommended! We will be happy to come back.

Our 4 day stay at Petrit and Julietta' s Villa Manol was wonderful. Very nice place to stay and very interesting conversations about life in Albania. I will definitely get back to this beautiful place.

I've really stayed in such a perfect Airbnb for the first time. We went with our 16-month-old baby and everything was perfect. The house was spotless. The view is very beautiful and peaceful. It is a great advantage to have a closed parking lot. Mario is an incredibly friendly and helpful person. He gave us excellent advice and took care of every issue during our stay. We will prefer to stay in the same house in our next development. And I strongly recommend it to everyone.

Great apartment, spacious. Fully equipped for living for a long time, excellent kitchen. It has a beautiful large balcony with a side view of the sea. There is a construction site nearby, but it is not very noisy and you quickly get used to it. It's definitely worth the money I paid, but I think it's more expensive in the season. The owner is great, we had questions, and he answered and helped. And also, a great location

Our stay in Sarandë was absolutely perfect! The apartment is located in a stunning spot — just steps away from the sea, with breathtaking views and everything within easy reach. The place was sparkling clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The host was truly wonderful — friendly, helpful, and always quick to respond. They made us feel very welcome and ensured everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. Highly recommended! We would love to come back again. Thank you for an amazing experience!

Artin and his family were lovely hosts. There is plenty of privacy while it was also reassuring that his family was close by if needed. Artin brought us some delicious ripe figs our first morning there. A great place.

We stayed at the property for a week. This is quiet. We needed about 15 minutes on foot to the beach. Here you will find many restaurants and shopping facilities (e.g. supermarkets). There is the possibility to book a transfer from the airport to the accommodation. This costs €40 per trip. Everything worked perfectly. We were warmly welcomed and there is also the possibility to use a cleaning service to change the towels and bed linen. The island is easy and quick to explore with the scooter, which I would recommend. We would definitely come back.

Absolutely recommend! Stylish and lovingly furnished accommodation. You have to drive a few minutes to the nicer beaches and restaurants, but that doesn't matter. The hot tub is great! ☺️
