Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Livadia

The apartment was really clean, spacious, stylish, well equipped and cozy. The large windows took a breath-taking view of the sea and the harbor. There was a lovely bakery and convenience store a few minutes walk away. It's also easy to walk to the beach. There were plenty of restaurant options nearby. John and Maria responded to messages quickly and kindly. Our flight didn't leave until the evening. Since the next guests weren't coming right away, we were able to stay in the apartment longer. Thank you so much for that! Mario who welcomed us was very friendly and helpful. We can highly recommend the apartment!

My stay at Fadi's apartment was wonderful overall, despite encountering an unexpected extra fee for electricity consumption that I overlooked in the description. It was the first time I encountered this kind of extra fees while booking properties. Nonetheless, the apartment's location was conveniently close to the center, and the place itself was very clean and well-equipped. Additionally, Albert was always available and willing to assist during my stay.

The place is stunning, the host super friendly, and the location is perfect. We enjoyed every moment of the 5 days we stayed there with the extended family. Very highly recommended.

We travel a lot and always rent a car. Therefore, there is something to compare with. Villa Leslie is a place with a soul, from which they left very reluctantly. Very cozy, it has everything and even more that you may need. There was wine, eggs, cheese and fruit in the fridge so we didn't have to run to the store right away. The villa is located at the end of a gated community, an ideal place to escape from people and hustle. We were there in mid-October, and there were about 5 people on the entire beach line. Oh yes! What bothered us when choosing a villa was the proximity to the airport. We didn't even notice him. But it is very convenient for those who rent a car. Not so long from the airport to suffer with the wheel on the wrong side and driving on the wrong side of the road) A little fairy tale for the residents of the metropolis. We will definitely come back and recommend. We thank the hostess very much for her hospitality.

This is our second time that we have stayed at Zoe's house and have been so happy with the property. It has great location to many restaurants in and around Oroklini not forgetting the lovely beaches. Hoping to return very soon. Thanks again Zoe x.

Theo was extremely helpful and proactive. The house is lovely, modern, bright and has everything you need. You can walk to the beach in around 2 mins. Great stay, would definitely return!

Beautiful house, large, clean and very well supplied with amenities of all kinds. The outdoor space is just as nice: terrace and flower garden to enjoy the sun from morning to night! Access to the sea is at the exit of the garden, beautiful. Lars and his wife were very warm upon arrival. Recommended place despite sometimes the difficulty of having hot water if the solar panels are not functional.

Nice remote part of the island. You would need car or call taxi. But could do nice walks around. Shops not near. Great place with garden. How was extremely helpful which made the stay pleasant . Thanks Alex

We’re so glad we chose John’s house for our vacation. It’s right by the seaside, in a peaceful area, which was perfect for us. We could stroll along the beach with the kids anytime we wanted. This was our first experience vacationing in December, and it was truly amazing. You’ll need to rent a car to explore the surrounding areas, but other than that, everything was perfect. John is incredibly helpful and always there if you need anything. His house is right next door, and he has the sweetest dog—a Doberman! ❤️ John himself is so humble and friendly. We loved meeting him and really grew fond of him during our stay. We’ll definitely choose him again for our next vacation. As for the house, it’s absolutely lovely. You’ll find everything you need and feel just like you’re at home. It’s spotless and well-equipped—there’s nothing missing, and honestly, it offers more than expected. All in all, it was an incredible vacation, and we’re so grateful for the experience ✌🏼🙏🏻

Just back from 5 of us staying for 3 nights. The villa is a bit out from the main part of Larnaca but if you get to Gregory's Bakery, you will easily find the villa. Bus 425 runs from the airport to the bottom of the road - 10 minute walk. Same bus runs every 20 minutes back into town. Good aircon and plenty of hot water. Some other feedback: Delivery apps can find the villa easily. Worst case, get their WA and drop them a pin. We got takeaway and shopping very easily. An ice-cream van even turned up one day. There are a couple of cats roaming the estate - they are timid and harmless. Couple of shops & restaurants close by on the main road - easy to get food until 10PM

Great stay overall! The apartment is in a great location - just a 5-minute walk to the main landmarks of Larnaca and very close to the beach. It’s spotless, shiny, and has a fresh, spacious balcony that was perfect for relaxing. A helpful touch was the availability of adapters for mainland Europe visitors - I forgot the sockets in Cyprus were different, so that was well thought out. One small suggestion would be to include more detail about the entrance, as the street numbers aren’t very visible. The complimentary water was appreciated, though it would have been nice to have a few more coffee options. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, making for a restful stay. Would definitely recommend!

The apartment is not suitable for winter trips. The cold floor and the room itself, even the air conditioner doesn't save. The sofa is not very comfortable, it squeaks hard. The bed in the bedroom is good. The house and the location are excellent.

Paula’s place is absolutely beautiful - lovely apartment building overlooking a quiet street less than 10 minutes from the beach and 5 minutes from the square. The place is in pristine condition, excellent AC and facilities provided were all top notch. As a host Paula was so accommodating, friendly and highly communicative she guided us from the airport using the very easy public transport system and was attentive to all queries. Would absolutely recommend to anyone. Thanks so much Paula!

Had a great two weeks in Dominika's apartment. It's just two minutes walk from UCLAN cyprus which is where my daughter is studying and who we were visiting. Pyla is a small village but we hired a car and visited Aiya Napa, Protoras, Lefkara, Limosol and Nicosia. The pool is lovely. It's a very quiet location. The balcony is a sun trap. Comfey beds and welll equipped apartments. The Happy Nest is a lovely local place to eat.

Very close to the center and Finikoudes . Sotiriya has everything in the house for washing dishes, washing , iron . Absolutely everything is there for a comfortable stay . Agrotis Supermarket 7 minutes , Metro 13 minutes walk . Large terrace . Sun-protected terrace . There is an elevator. A large set of dishes for baking and glasses for drinks . Linen is available . There are blankets and blankets to warm up on the balcony . Very good wi fi . The balcony is comfortable .

Everything was great. Wi-Fi worked perfect. Plenty of free parking nearby and only about a 15-20 minute walk to town. Would stay here again.
