Please note our condo sleeps 6 adults and 4 children. Please do not book for more than 6 adults. Our townhouse is located in Clearbrook, a 5 minute shuttle ride to Loon Mountain. It has 3 levels and offers an open living/dining/kitchen area, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and an open loft area with a queen sleeper sofa. Great for large or two families. Large picture windows with beautiful views of the mountains and a spacious modern layout. The house sleeps a maximum of 6 adults (2/bed) and 4 children.

My townhouse is across from Loon Mt ski area, with Cannon Mt and the Appalachian Trail just 15 minutes away. The house is just off the scenic Kancamagus Highway in Lincoln, NH. You’ll love my place because of the views, the fireplace, hiking close by, and the ski shuttle just outside the door. The cozy house is good for couples and families (with kids). Being part of a condo association, the property is always plowed/shoveled with two designated parking spaces.
