Townhouse holiday rentals in Livermore

This was our 2nd time staying at Staci’s place — it is one of our favorite rentals (and we travel a lot!)!! The location is perfect and Staci is super responsive. The home itself is cozy, clean and well-equipped with the essentials plus games. Our family of 4 enjoyed the pool and hot tub, as well as puzzling at the dining room table with the fire going :)

This is second year we've stayed at Tina & Robby's place and we love it! Cozy cabin vibes & close to Waterville Valley for skiing. Kitchen and baths are well stocked with the essentials and the wood fire place is always a hit! Thanks for a great stay!

This condo was the perfect size and had all of the comforts of home. Great views and amazing location. Tom was very responsive and helpful. He has a great list of restaurants and local activities. 10/10 recommend. Would stay again.

We spent a beautiful weekend enjoying the fall vibes and exploring all of the beautiful nature destinations in the Franconia area and Kancamagus highway. Honestly, the space was a lot bigger than expected and the residences were secluded enough for privacy. The kitchen was fully equipped and everything we needed was right around the corner, so location was perfect. My children enjoyed the space, however, they couldn’t wait to just be out and active. I would definitely love to come back any time of the year. Only downside experienced was hearing running up/down steps that sounded from the next door townhouse which stopped before midnight and that we couldn’t really watch any tv/videos since the tv systems were outdated. A minor detail, but everything else compensated for it all and we loved our stay and amenities.

The original reservation at another unit canceled on us, unfortunately that seems to happen all too often. Fortunately Jo’s place was open and it was exactly what I was looking for. Booking it was headache free….something I really needed at the time. The interior is tastefully decorated! All the rooms are clean. Appears to have a brand new smart tv. I went to some of the other cabins that my family had rented. I’m not sure how but Jo’s place seems to be more open and has additional room. I don’t get it! lol! Anyway, if at all possible I’ll be looking to book Jo’s place in the future. You will not be disappointed.

We had a wonderful stay at Lori’s condo with our two young children and another couple with their kids. The space was perfectly set up for our group, with plenty of room to spare. The condo’s location was ideal—right on the ski shuttle and within walking distance to the town square. It was cozy, comfortable, and the perfect base camp for a winter weekend filled with great memories. We’re so glad we found this booking and would definitely stay again!

We visited this home during the Oct Fall foliage season. The house instructions were clear, the house was comfortable and we had a smooth experience.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Waterville. The condo is cozy and conveniently located in a quiet complex with easy access to the Rec. Center and the Town Square, where we enjoyed New Year's fireworks. Elizabeth sent us a lot of info ahead of time and was responsive to our questions. We would definitely stay here again. Terri's condo was great! Felt like I was at home with everything we would need. Plenty of room for our group of 8. Parking, location, and the condo were great. Will be back again.

This is my second time staying at this location and just like last time great hospitality. Clean and friendly home just as described in the description. Jenna is an exceptional hostess and I will most definitely refer other friends/relatives to book with her on their next trip to NH. Jason's rental is the perfect spot for families with young kids! This unit truly has everything you need. If I had read the listing more thoroughly (or hadn't received misinformation on other units) we could have left a lot of toys and supplies at home. I was a little hesitant about the downstairs layout (having to walk through the kids bedroom to get to queen bedroom) but we had no issues. It was also nice to have the sliding door to close when we wanted to read but open to hear the kids during the night. Baby gates are installed everywhere you would need for a toddler on the move. This space was also very clean, provided all supplies you need for your stay, and had high end finishes. The pool access was also a hit for my children. I definitely recommend Jason's rental and we hope to return!

This place was beautiful! Very cozy and the perfect mountain retreat. A small issue came up (fire alarm chirping) and Lani came out the next morning to address it. She was very responsive with any questions we had. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed and more. We plan to stay here again in the future.

Lena’s lovey condo was the PERFECT place for our annual NH Christmas vacation getaway with our kiddos home for the holidays! The house was warm, spotless, and welcoming, with plenty of hooks to hang our coats, and a spot for hiking shoes. Kitchen was well-equipped, which allowed us to make meals in between our hiking excursions. Plenty of seating for our family, and views of a snowy wonderland from the living room. Water was hot, beds were comfy, space was beautifully decorated, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend and will be back!

We had a great short stay with our two little ones. The place was clean and well kept. They even put out a high chair for my daughter and provided a pack n play which was a very thoughtful touch. Tim was great with communication and we had a lovely visit and plan to stay again next time we are in the area.

We had a fantastic weekend and the spot was perfect. Easy to find, plenty of space and everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We would definitely book it again, highly recommend!

The place is across from Loon. And the view from the place is spectacular. The location was great. Jessica was quick to respond and gave clear instructions about the place. The kids loved the bunk beds! And we had a great couple days in the White Mountains. Pool, Hot Tub, and game room were nice amenities to take the kids after a day on the mountain. We had an amazing time.

Doug’s house was perfectly suited for our stay. It is equipped with handy items for young children and is comfortable for the adults too!

Maggie and Gary were amazing hosts. The stay was seamless and the house was so cozy, clean, and comfortable. They had great recommendations for the area and so thoughtful with their setup. I would definitely stay here again!

Mrunal’s Airbnb was a great stay! The place was clean, peaceful, and exactly what we needed to unwind. The views were absolutely beautiful — even better than expected. Perfect spot if you’re looking for some calm and natural beauty.
