This comes with breakfast in our garden room & access to a patio with fire pit table. 5 mins walk to Crosby station- trains to Liverpool every 15 mins with connections to Wirral via Moorfields. 5 mins drive from West Lancashire Golf club- one of the oldest clubs in the U.K.

The Cozy Studio. The studio consists of one room, cleverly designed to sleep two people with en-suite facilities. The Cozy studio is close to Alder Hey children’s Hospital, a 15/20-minute bus ride to Liverpool City Centre, 10-minute taxi journey to both Anfield and Goodison's ground and 15 mins from Aintree Race Course.

Our Annexe includes continental breakfast. A private self contained unit with its own garden, arbour, patio, and water feature. The conservatory has a dining table and relaxing chairs. The lounge has a double sofa bed if required, tv, dvd, Alexa, stereo and electric fire. There is a microwave, fridge, crockery and cutlery. The bedroom has views over the private courtyard. The en suite has a double shower unit. Tea and coffee making facilities include herbal teas and ground coffee.

Price based on 1 large King size room & 1 double room with private bathroom for up to 4 people. Kettle, toaster, mini fridge and basic breakfast items provided. Towels also provided. The 2 bedrooms and bathroom are on the top floor of our house and offer complete privacy for your stay. Front door is shared access but you will have a key so you can come and go as you please. No stag/hen parties. EV Charger available with drive to park on.

In Liverpool’s leafy suburbs, Ullet Suites have free Wi-Fi and free parking, opposite the Lace Conference Centre. There are good transport links to the city centre.
