Deceptively large downstairs open plan living space, with a multi-fuel burner which is a great place to relax together. Towels and bedding provided. Within 1 mile away from South West coast footpath, easy reach of Poldhu, Polurian beaches & Mullion Harbour. 2 local dog friendly pubs within 200 metres. Other restaurants/hotels are close by & 2 local food stores within easy walking distance. There is a fish & shop in the village offering takeaway or eat in the restaurant, serving very high quality food. Mullion also boasts an 18 hole golf course & welcoming club that serves excellent food. You can even learn to surf at Poldu beach or contact Lizard Adventure for paddleboarding, kayaking or rock climbing & survival skills activities. There are horse riding stables in the village. Collingswood is a beautifully spacious newly renovated 4 bedroom 2 bathroom contemporary single level house with a large garden & amazing coastal headland views, situated close to the South West Coast Path between Falmouth & the Helford River, near Maenporth Beach. In a peaceful location but only approx 10-15 mins walk to two beaches, or 2 mins drive to Maenporth beach which has a beachside car park. Good pub, cafes & good restaurants also within walking distance. Perfect for a family holiday!

It provides a modern, quirky interior with traditional beams, note ceiling height is around 6’, there is a enclosed south facing sunny terrace looking out to sea. Situated just a stones throw from the crystal clear waters of Coverack beach, which is safe for swimming and direct access onto the South West Coastal Path.

Coachmans Cottage - Trenoweth Estate

Coachman’s 2 bedroom Cottage is situated in the grounds of Trenoweth House, a beautiful former vicarage that is in a rural setting 7 miles from Helston. As well as your own private garden, guests also have shared access to the orchard, woodland and swimming lake, all set within just over three acres of land that is enjoyed by all guests that stay here. Woodman's Cottage (sleeps 2), Gardener's Cottage (sleeps 2) and Trenoweth House (sleeps 12) can also be booked with this property.

Beautiful barn within gorgeous wooded countryside located only a short walk to the beach and coastal path. Our visitors are attracted to the South West Coastal Path - Kennack Sands, Lizard Point and beautiful Cadgwith with a great pub - recently featured on Countryfile - are all within walking distance. We are dog friendly and there is a great field next to the Piggery for dogs to run around in.
