Apartment holiday rentals in Ljubljana

This is one of the best Airbnb locations we have stayed at. It is located in the middle of Old Town and is steps fom the river front. It is peaceful, quiet and private with a stunning view of the city. Andrej is a very proactive host, providing restaurant recommendations and was able to assist us when we had questions or needed help. He is incredibly kind and is one of the most accommodating hosts we have had - really top notch! We had a wonderful stay, in a beautiful city and would do it again! Thank you Andrej for a delightful holiday!

Klara is a great host. She welcomed us into the apartment, gave us her local recommendations and was very responsive. The apartment is very well equipped with a washing machine, hair dryer and kitchen utensils.

Over the years, I was lucky enough to have been hosted by a slew of excellent people. However, there are those that go the extra mile. Ivy is one of them. Her phenomenal attention to detail is at display in both the way she communicates and how well the apartment is decorated. Not to mention the almost clinical tidiness and cleanliness. I wholeheartedly recommend you grab one of the bikes from Ivy's fleet, and take it for a short and soothing ride along canals and over bridges to the city center. Trust me, you haven't experienced Ljubljana until you've taken a bike ride around it. So, I dunno - need I say more? :)

A nicely renovated apartment in a lovely old building in a fabulous location right by the river in the heart of the old town. Easy walking to shops, sites and restaurants. The apartment is on the third floor with no lift. Air-conditioning will make a huge difference to once it has been installed especially in the summer months. Appreciated the nice, clean bathroom with a good-sized shower. The travel guides on Ljubljana and surrounding areas were a great help.

Abbiamo trascorso i nostri 4 giorni in maniera meravigliosa. Tutto era ben pulito, curato nei dettagli, molto ben arredato, non mancava nulla. A pochi min dal centro e facile per spostarsi, noi siamo stati a Bled e alle gole di Vintgar (molto comodo). Vladimir è un host molto attento e risponde sempre molto velocemente. Al nostro arrivo ci hanno accolto molto gentilmente e mostrato il super appartamento. Consigliatissimo. Grazie!

Kleine aber süße Wohnung, alles wie beschrieben für uns zwei völlig ausreichend, mehr brauchen wir nicht. Waren schon zum zweiten Mal da und haben uns auch dieses Mal wieder sehr wohl gefühlt. Freundliche Gastgeber

We had a wonderful stay at Tanja and Bor’s place in Ljubljana. The apartment was nice, quiet, and very well located—within walking distance of all the main tourist attractions, which made exploring the city on foot easy and enjoyable. It was also very easy to find, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Communication was excellent and the check-in process was smooth and straightforward.

This apartment is in a perfect location, right under the castle and in a pedestrian area. All the main sights are just a stroll away. The Saturday market was great with loads of fresh produce and handicraft. Lots of restaurants just along the street. The apartment is near the Lush store so the street smells lovely. Its walkable from the train and bus station too. Exceptional clean and well maintained. Gregor was a great host. He let us arrive early and leave our bags, so we could head out and explore straightaway. Definitely would recommend and stay again.

The house is beautiful, super clean, and very spacious—you can tell my host put a lot of thought into everything. All the amenities are high-end, and we loved the big free parking, which made things so convenient for us since we drove. Nina is incredibly nice host, She even arranged balloon decorations for our anniversary—such a thoughtful touch! And she gave us great local restaurant recommendations, and her check-in/check-out instructions were super clear. Highly recommend this place—I’ve also fallen in love with Ljubljana! 😍

Wir hatten zwei tolle Tage in dieser schönen Wohnung. Es ist super zentral & trotzdem super ruhig. Ljubljana zeigt sich hier von seiner schönsten Seite. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht und war perfekt ausgestattet. Dane war super freundlich, zuvorkommend und gab uns schöne Tipps. Wir sind rundum zufrieden und würden gerne immer wieder kommen!

Rauhallinen sijainti mutta ei kuitenkaan liian kaukana keskustasta. Palvelut, Kauppa ja hyvä konditoria lähellä. Moderni, siisti asunto. Matic ystävällinen ja avulias. Iso suositus tälle majoitukselle.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt im «One-bedroom city apartment». Die Unterkunft ist sehr clever gestaltet, stilvoll renoviert und strahlt eine besondere Wärme aus. Besonders das obere Bett unter der sanft geschwungenen Decke hat uns begeistert – ein gemütlicher Rückzugsort mit viel Charme. Die Lage ist hervorragend: In wenigen Gehminuten erreicht man ausgezeichnete Restaurants, charmante Cafés und inspirierende Galerien. Im Innenhof befinden sich ein praktischer Zugang zum Parkhaus und eine einladende Bar – eine schöne Ergänzung für alle, die abends gerne noch etwas unternehmen. In der Unterkunft selbst war es dank der gut isolierten Fenster angenehm ruhig. Die Gastgeber waren herzlich und flexibel und haben uns mit einem regionalen Getränk willkommen geheissen. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Wir waren für 2 Tage bei Vinko. Das Apartment ist schön gemacht und eingerichtet in einer tollen ruhigen Lage, die trotzdem gut erreichbar ist. Der Bleder See sowie die Höhlen von Postojna sind ca. 45 Minuten entfernt, Ljubljana ist nur ca. 10-15 Minuten entfernt. Vinko ist ein sehr zuvorkommender Gastgeber und wir haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen und wir kommen gerne in Zukunft wieder.

The stay was fantastic and was as described. Due to the long weekend and road work delays we could only reach at 2am and the hosts were very accommodative and understood our situation. Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely go back!

Tolle Unterkunft, absolut empfehlenswert. Sauber, gepflegt, es fehlte an absolut nichts. Erwähnenswert sind auch die Gastgeber, welche einen herzlich empfangen und super nett sind.

Schöne und saubere Wohnung in zentraler Lage. Der Gastgeber war schnell erreichbar und war auch während unseres Aufenthalts sehr hilfreich. Alles war zu unserer Zufriedenheit.

Jure was very kind and helpful during our stay. We loved the convenient location of the house and appreciated having parking on the property. The unit is spacious and we found it to be very clean. You can expect the place to look like the photos with just the basic amenities provided. Onsite laundry was a bonus. We would be happy to stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay in Miha's beautiful garden oasis of an apartment for our week in Ljubljana. From check-in to check-out, Miha was the perfect host, responding to our questions and providing super useful local recommendations. He even came by mid-week to pick up some rubbish when we realized we didn't have the key card to the rubbish bin. The apartment itself is gorgeous, full of plants and beautiful artwork. We loved coming back to the space after a long day of sightseeing. The kitchen was furnished with everything we needed and we loved sitting out on the balcony. The location is excellent: just a short walk to the city center, so it's easy to get to the main attractions, but far enough away that it felt like we were in a nice, quiet residential area. It's a short walk from the bus/train station and across the street from a lovely cafe at the Slovenian Ethnographic Museum and the leafy Park Tabor. This apartment has my highest recommendation! Great apartment, that saved us from the rain that Ljubljana had to offer on our stay. Very close to the city center, walkable distance to anything you'd like to do in the capital. The host is great, helpful and understanding - kept great attitude and communicated well. The apartment is cosy, has a modern look to it and an awesome shower. Would recommend! :)

Die Wohnung liegt ideal, um Ljubljana zu Fuß zu erkunden. Der Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür ist ein großes Plus. Für einen Städtetrip mit Hund ist die Wohnung zu empfehlen.

It's a nice apartment where you can relax. You can easily go around from there and visit different places. Tadeja is very nice and accommodating. She is very proactive and gives a lot of information.
