Laundry room in the outhouse. Rented weekly during the summer, changeover day on Sundays. Short-term rentals are possible at other times. Final cleaning is not included.

Three bedrooms; one room with double bed 180 cm and two rooms with double beds 160 cm, living room and kitchen in one. One bathroom with toilet and shower and a guest toilet, laundry room. Everything in modern condition. Large double doors facing the terrace. The property is in a southern location with sun all day. The house is centrally located in Ljugarn but still a quiet location. New and fresh.

Welcome to rent an architect-designed cottage with high standards and a large south-facing terrace. The cottage is located 250 meters from Sandviken's sandy beach. Östergarnslandet has farm shops, restaurants, cafés and hiking trails. The space The cottage is 56 m2 with open plan kitchen and living room. Around the whole cottage runs a generous wooden deck with several seating areas. There is one double bedroom, a sleeping loft with two single beds and a living room with a sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped, the bathroom has a shower.

In the nearby area, there are also tennis/padel courts and a golf course. New household goods are available for two families. Washing machine, (micro), dishwasher, stove, TV & Wi-Fi are available. Large property with lovely patios, barbecue area with storage space for large groups. Rented mainly on a weekly basis. We want you who rent from us to be adults (25+), preferably families.

Enjoy a newly built modern house in a quiet forest edge by the Eksta coast and Djupvik harbor. The house is located privately with a 10-minute beautiful walk down to Djupvik's beach, ice cream and restaurant. 3 bedrooms, sleeps 6-8. Morning and evening sun on different sides of the house. Hammocks in the edge of the forest. There is a guest house on the property that can also be rented. It has 5 beds and its own ad here on AirBnB. You can purchase cleaning for SEK 1,500. Otherwise, you clean up yourself on departure.

From the bedroom, the dining area and the terrace you can look stright across the Baltic Sea and always hear the waves. The house adjoins to Danbo Nature Reserve. It is a paradise for hikers where you can enjoy untouched nature, yet there are really good restaurants nearby.
