Fantastisk hus! Byggår 2020! Nära till strand, affär, bageri, restauranger. Solig tomt med stor altan, grill, utemöbler och loungemöbler. Tre sovrum; ett rum med dubbelsäng 180cm och två rum med dubbelsängar 160cm, vardagsrum och kök i ett. Ett badrum med Wc och dusch och en gästtoalett, tvättstuga. Allt i modernt skick. Stora dubbeldörrar som vetter ut mot altanen. Tomten ligger i sydligt läge med sol hela dagen. Huset är beläget centralt i Ljugarn men ändå ett lugnt läge. Nytt och fräscht.

The house, called "The Ateljéhuset", is 300 meters from the sea with a ten kilometer long sandy beach in one direction and one of Gotland´s best fishing spots for trout along the cliffs in the other directon. From the bedroom, the dining area and the terrace you can look stright across the Baltic Sea and always hear the waves. The house adjoins to Danbo Nature Reserve. It is a paradise for hikers where you can enjoy untouched nature, yet there are really good restaurants nearby.

Relax in wonderful surroundings near the beach

Built in 2012, this is a clean and comfortable accomodation with good standards, only a stone's throw from a wonderful sandy beach. We have fantastic treks for hiking in every direction just outside of the door. Fishing and swimming are popular, as is taking long walks with or without the camera and / or dog. Sjaustru is one of Gotland's hidden gems without too many people around. Nice and quiet for a relaxing break - welcome to our paradise! =0)
