Welcome to our architect-designed dream house of 110 sqm. The house is divided into three bedrooms, an orangery, bathroom, kitchen, dining room and living room in the loft. From the loft, you can also access the roof terrace, which has a sweeping view of the Baltic Sea. The glazed orangery is the link between the living room and the bedroom area. Here you can sit and watch the stars or light a fire in the stove. The bathroom has a sunken bathtub in limestone. Bungenäs is a unique area free of cars, parking 800 meters from the house.

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your stay. It is a 6-minute walk to the harbor and 9 minutes to the beach, 3 minutes to the shopping street. Welcome to Glädjens Hus, which has been in the Lindahl family's estate since 1893 when the widow Johanna Lindahl had this fantastic house built. Today, there is a balcony that guests share and with views of the inner city and inner harbor. The apartment has 3 rooms and a kitchen, including 2 bedrooms with 2 beds in each. Here you live close to everything with one kilometer to the sea and cozy Själsö fishing harbor. The newly-built house of 132 m2 has three bedrooms (all with double beds), two bathrooms (one with double shower), large living room and kitchen with kitchen island. Fully-equipped laundry room with utility entrance. In addition to this, there are 2 good mattresses for children to sleep on.

Architect summer villa east coast Gotland.

Perfect summerhouse for a restful stay only a 5 minutes walk from the beach. Sandviken beach is a long sandy beach and considered one of Gotland absolute best. Stay 2 families or a group of friends. These houses are from 2018 so the standard is really high. In the area you will find restaurants and nice nature places to visit. One of Gotlands best restaurants "Krakas" is about 10 miles from the houses. Also the small summer towns Katthammarsvik and more wellknown Ljugarn is close within range.

Gotland limestone house near Visby and the sea

Huset, från 1700-talet, ligger 10km från Visby och 10 min promenad till Brissunds strand och fiskeläge och Krusmyntagården. Själsö bageri ligger ca 5km bort. Det finns två sovrum (en dubbel+ två enkelsängar) samt modernt kök med diskmaskin, grill och uteplats (sommartid) med stor trädgård. Två vardagsrum med öppna spisar. Brant trapp – större hundar kan behöva hjälp. Endast sittdusch pga snedtak. Det ligger lantligt och ostört men nära till stan. Vi bor i lilla flygeln med separat ingång.

Udden

Glöm alla vardagliga bekymmer i detta rymliga och fridfulla boende. En traditionell gotlandsgård vid havet, ensam belägen ytterst på udden. Utsikt ifrån fönstren ut över hav och strandängar. Granne med ett naturreservat med många olika fåglar, fantastiskt för fågelskådning! Havet ligger bara några steg bort, vandra genom ängarna med vilda blommor, den långa stranden med orörd mjuk sand, sträcker sig en km. Omgivningarna, ljuset, himlen – speciellt stjärnorna på natten- ”Vintergatan”.

Calm and fresh home base for all experiences on the island. Land in Eken's bed in the evening and meet the morning on the patio. Parking is included and the car can stay parked as Visby's pleasures and experiences can be reached on foot. Bed linens are included. Bath towels and towels are also included. I want the bath towels to stay in the apartment, so if you go to the beach, you have to bring your own bath towels. Cleaning is not included but can be purchased.
