Lovely stay, stunning gardens - would have been good to know there are other holiday lets immediately next to the property the listing does give the impression it’s totally isolated but thankfully there were no guests in the other houses while we were there.

A magical location with a wonderful view

GabrieleRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
What a find! Absolutely quiet with the most beautiful view ever. We really liked the flat. The kitchen in particular is very spacious and has everything you need for cooking. A car is essential to explore the beautiful area with its many small villages, manor houses, castles and gardens etc. There are also many good pubs and restaurants. There are shopping facilities in Knighton. The Radnorshire Arms in Beguildy is our favourite of the many good pubs in the area. The food is simply superb. Ann is a very friendly and caring hostess. Lots of good information material rounds off the all-round carefree package. We loved our stay.

!NEW! Birch Banc Retreats - Pen-Rhiw

RebekahRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Absolutely beautiful scenery, the outdoor hot tub was amazing!! Check-in was super easy and flexible. The hosts even left us milk, chips and cake! Everything was clean and well-maintained. We also loved getting to see the sheep in the morning. Not having wifi can be good but also was really difficult as we missed an email notifying us that our puffin cruise was cancelled which we then drove 3 hours to see, only to realise that it was cancelled. It also meant that we were unable to plan our routes from the accommodation

Old Chapel Farm Wagon

A wonderful place with really friendly, welcoming hosts. Stunning area and the cabin was beautiful! I did get a bit confused about what amenities are where, I couldn't quite tell from the descriptions. If it helps anyone else then in the cabin is just a gas hob and kitchen sink with a tap. No fridge or microwave or anything, as stated no electricity! There's a wood burner in the cabin but the cabin is well insulated so didn't need it. But a 3min walk away there's an old converted bus with a fridge, microwave, oven and normal kitchen facilities and sockets to charge stuff. Compost toilet next to cabin. Flushing toilets a few minutes walk away. There is a friendly (but difficult to get rid of!) dog who often lies down outside the cabin. No trouble at all but just in case you don't like dogs. Really enjoyed my peaceful stay here, may be back at some point :)

RewildThings - Sky

Our stay was incredible. It was quiet, peaceful with beautiful views from the treehouse. The kitchen was so well equipped which made cooking meals so much fun! We also got so many recommendations on what to do around the area and every single place we stopped by did not disappoint. Everything was extremely neat and clean, and we loved the way the space was decorated. Overall a 10/10 experience, would definitely be back!!

Amazing sea/mountain view-beach 10 minute walk

CarolineRating, 5 stars4 weeks ago
We had the most wonderful week in Karen’s cosy bungalow with our 3 year old daughter Willow. It was truly stunning. The views of the beach, the sea and the mountains are breathtaking. We saw an amazing sunset from the garden six out of our seven nights there. The bungalow was spotless and we received a lovely welcome hamper and some delicious cheese on our arrival. The bed linen was so soft. Karen is such a lovely host and gave us clear instructions on how to find the bungalow and answered questions straight away. It was an absolute pleasure to stay in Karen’s bungalow and I cannot recommend it highly enough. She even came to say hello just before we went home. We have already booked for the sane week next year.
