Self-contained and tucked away, once inside the studio you would never know you're in the heart of Birchgrove, Cardiff, with a great range of facilities and buses just a minute’s walk away. The studio has a shower room and well-equipped kitchenette. With a double bed & sofa bed, the studio can sleep four people, plus a travel cot & high chair. Wifi, Netflix & Amazon TV are provided. The studio has a wood burner, central heating & shared patio.

Just 3 minutes walk from the Central Train Station, enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. Each private studio apartment has a King size bed, ensuite bathroom kitchenette and access to the ground floor patio. The TV has Netflix, Prime Video, Apple TV+ and Disney+. The WiFi is everywhere and very fast. Please note that due to the individual nature of the building, all studios are different so we cannot guarantee any particular one will be assigned to you.

Located 5 minutes’ walk from the town centre, with lovely cafes and a tranquil village atmosphere, and within 15 min walk to the seafront and costal walks. Penarth is a friendly seaside town full of character, parks, bars, independent shops and fabulous places to eat. Cardiff City Centre is only 15 minutes away by train. The flat is on the ground floor with its own direct access, and a private garden out the back.

There are good bus and train links within walking distance. There is a pub serving food at the end of the road and many restaurants nearby. There are supermarkets nearby. The Principality stadium, Ninian Park football stadium and the Millenium Centre are all close by.
