Cabin in the hills near Dolgellau

Unique timber cabin looking out onto fields and mountains. Tastefully decorated and new in 2023. Wood-burner, covered veranda, Wi-fi and Netflix, one bedroom, bathroom with shower and double basins, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. Walks right from the door, private and not overlooked, Mach Loop in the same valley. Pub within walking distance (roughly 20 mins, sensible footwear recommended). Not suitable for people with disabilities or mobility problems. Sorry no dogs.

This hut has electricity, central heating, and hot water making it a cosy and warm place to stay all year round. There is an outdoor firepit/BBQ with table and bench to sit and eat, where you can take in the beautiful view. It's a perfect location for keen walkers and popular area for cyclist's.

A lovely, traditional Welsh-stone terraced cottage, Maesyffynnon combines modern, boutique facilities with original 19th century features. The property is superbly located in the delightful town of Dolgellau, situated between the mountains and the sea. Dolgellau sits in the south of Snowdonia National Park, in the shadow of the Cader Idris mountain range but is also just 8 miles from the sea . Great for mountain bikers, walkers and hikers, but also for families wanting outdoor experiences.

We have updated the property to give it a fresh comfortable feel but have retained many original features. One of which is the splendid stone fireplace which now houses a log burning stove. The cottage is nestled within the old part of town, located on a quiet street and within a 2 min walk to the shops and restaurants. There is a small enclosed front patio area.
