Luxury barn conversion attached to our house. Situated close to the A494 for easy access to Snowdonia National Park but set in an acre of gardens surrounded by open countryside . There is a hot tub and outdoor shower with an outdoor kitchen, BBQ, fire pit and pellet pizza oven. Underfloor heating throughout. Bedrooms have smart tv and 4g WiFi. The four poster room has en-suite shower room and the second bedroom (twin or super king) has access to bathroom with shower above. Thanks for looking .

Rural location in a small hamlet surrounded by rolling landscapes. Lake Vyrnwy is 5 miles away and offers beautiful walking, biking and access to the RSPB conservation areas. The property is finished to a high specification and has a separate garden with stunning views from the patio.
