Excellent house, almost like new, with all the amenities to spend several days in the place. Beautiful plot, remarkable quality of the furniture, the beds, and the central heating it has.

Wonderful place, with a privileged view of the Volcano. We travel with a group of friends, 12 people in total, and we felt very comfortable, like at home. The place is just as described, even better. Everything is very tidy and clean. Communication with Vivi and her husband was always smooth, with clear and helpful instructions. They allowed us to check in and check out flexible, which is always appreciated. The spectacular tinaja, very spacious. With direct descent to the lake inside the same condominium, a wonder. We would undoubtedly repeat!

We were completely in love with the place. The view is spectacular, especially at sunrise, a true gift for the soul. The house is located in an exclusive condominium, very quiet, with few neighbors and controlled access, which provides a lot of security and privacy. The house was impeccably equipped and very well thermally insulated; despite the cold outside, inside we always felt warm and comfortable. Arturo, the host, had an excellent disposition. Although we coordinated everything remotely, he was always attentive and available. We had a small problem with the kitchen, and in just 15 minutes he managed to get someone to help us, a 7! We were able to walk down to the lake, and the view was simply wonderful. We went in search of rest, and we found it in full. In fact, we don't feel the need to leave the place. The cleanliness was also impeccable, all the spaces were perfectly tidy and clean. Definitely a place we hope to go back to.

The house is exactly as shown in the photos. We really liked the cozy atmosphere, well-equipped kitchen. Everything was clean and tidy. The location is great, we were able to see the main points of the city on foot. We were very pleased with our stay, we felt at home.

The location is simply perfect, with stunning views of the lake and surrounding mountains. We can enjoy walks along the lakeshore, fishing or just sitting on the terrace and enjoying the scenery. We stayed at Veronica's apartment with my husband, my 4-year-old son and my one-year-old baby. Veronica was predisposed all the time, provided us with a practice and assisted us when the general blackout in Chile was. We returned delighted! The environment is a beauty, it has an immense park with access to the lake and views of the volcano. You can tell the dedication, everything was clean. The very comfortable cabin, everything worked perfectly. I can't help but emphasize Hector's kindness from the beginning, he gave us a warm welcome and at all times he was attentive to us having the best experience providing us with assistance and recommendations. It is a place without a doubt to rest and connect with nature! super recommended and we would choose it again without hesitation!

Excellent reception, stay, full service. Leonardo was waiting for us with the warm cabin (it was so cold outside), with breads, country eggs, queques, and everything to enjoy a rich breakfast. Excellent attention in every aspect. We will definitely come back in the future :)

Our experience in this house was incredible (4 women in 70 years) From the first moment Felipe was very attentive and quickly answered all our doubts. The house was spotless, well equipped and as seen in the photos, even better. The location is perfect, close to the beautiful Frutillar, Puerto Octay and Puerto Varas, these places have a lot to offer and to see, and the place itself is quiet and safe. One of the aspects we enjoyed the most was the tranquility that evokes the place with a beautiful view, a cozy terrace, a comfortable bed and the house is equipped with premium utensils.
