By car Wrexham is just 5 minutes away, Chester 25 minutes and if you fancy a day in Liverpool, it’s only an hour away.

Red House Cottage (self catering cottage)

Modern, very comfortable and very clean. Sleeps 4, double ensuite room and double/twin room also ensuite. Outside area, fully equipped kitchen and comfortable lounge. In a quiet village setting with two pubs serving food within a two minutes walk of the cottage. Free wifi, smart TV’s in bedrooms. Until recently Red House Cottage was run as a B&B but the owners decided to fit a kitchen to create a self contained cottage for self catering holidays. The cottage is on the side of our home.

Field House, Collfryn Farm Cottages

A cosy cottage on a working organic farm found through a succession of tight country lanes, riverine fields and low-lying hills. In the distance the Berwyn Mountains rise above the horizon. There are a number of pubs a short drive away – the Station Grill in Llansantffraid (five minutes) is great for groups. Cycle or walk the area or hop in the car to visit many attractions nearby such as Lake Vyrnwy, Powis Castle, Welshpool and Llanfair Railway and the coast is also only an hours drive.

Our lodges are set in 6 acres of grounds offering a peaceful countryside experience in the heart of mid Wales. The lodges have outstanding views over the wildlife pond & surrounding countryside. Fully central heated, with a king size bed complete with all bedding and towels. Each lodge has its own en suite shower room with wc, kitchenette (2 ring gas hob, combination microwave, fridge, kettle, & toaster etc) with outside dining area on the large elevated decking.
