Chambre convenable avec ventilateur et rangements, bien suffisante pour un court séjour. Le logement est agréable, bien équipé et très facile d’accès, à seulement 5 minutes a pied du métro, dans un quartier paisible. Petit bémol : la fenêtre donne sur un vis-à-vis, ce qui peut poser un léger souci d’intimité, et la chambre ne ferme pas à clé. Mais dans l’ensemble, bon rapport qualité/prix. J’ai passé un agréable séjour, merci à Sabrina 🙏

Dmitrii was a fantastic host, whose apartment was exactly as described in the listing. He took time to welcome us and show us everything we needed to know despite our flight being delayed till late at night. The apartment was clean and supplied with all the essentials and more. It was placed well for travel into Barcelona city centre via the L1 metro and had great links to Badalona. Overall great experience.

Very welcoming, an easy process from start to finish, felt like entering a home and dreaded departing it, Paco was most kind, helped us around the village, very knowledgeable and a kind hearted person, will definitely be returning just for his company again. As for accommodation a beautiful piece of history of both architecture and comfort. Provides a beautiful scenery of the culture and peace of the community, not one bit of hassle from anyone everyone was caring and very attentive. Beach is just around the corner and the view from the rooftop was just remarkable. It was a pleasure staying there and me and my partner are grateful we found this place, we couldn’t have asked for a better host then Paco Kindest regards, Gregory, Mars

Single room near the sea

Good clean, functional and basic room - though the mattress was a bit uncomfortable and there’re no hangers. I saw the host cleaning the toilet and shared spaces everyday which is very appreciated, but note that these spaces are shared with a few other rooms, so cleanliness and noise does depend on the other guests staying. Really appreciate the amenities of the kitchen (including microwave, stove, free coffee and tea, use of spices and tools etc). There’s also a washer dryer which is great. (Note that it tends to be used in the afternoon for the bedding on other rooms). Neighbourhood is residential, peaceful and safe - I was at a music festival so returned at odd times (midnight - 5am) and felt much safer than in the city centre. There may be some noise from the street though. Great access to the beach and with restaurants/supermarket relatively close. Denis was friendly and kind, though not always quickly responsive via message. Nonetheless things went smoothly - Would stay again!
