Holiday houses in Lo Sbarcatello

An absolutely stunning part of the world. So so special to be right on the beach in a quiet rustic, out of the way spot in a lovely apartment! The space is just as described / as it looks and it backs right onto the beach so whether you’re inside or out you can enjoy the lapping waves. There’s also a restaurant on the beach which is glorious so you don’t have to cook the whole time. The closest shop is 20 minutes drive so bring what you need so you don’t have to leave again! Bear in mind if traveling with young kids that there are no blinds on the windows, there are mosquitoes at night and no microwave or kettle - but as long as you’re organised you will have an absolutely wondrous time here. Thanks to Michele who even swam back from his boat to bring us some insect repellent that we’d forgotten . We’d come back in a heartbeat to this very special place.

Das Haus von Matteo liegt sehr abgeschieden an einem wunderschönen Ort mit fantastischem Blick aufs Meer (inkl. Sonnenuntergang). Für zwei Personen von der Grösse völlig ausreichend und schön eingerichtet. Vom Haus her sind drei Zugänge zum Meer (zwei davon privat) mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Die Küste ist jedoch rau und der Zugang zum Meer teils erschwert, dafür ist man meist alleine. Porto Santo Stefano ist ca 20 Autominuten entfernt. Orbitello und Porto Ercole sind in 30min erreichbar (dort gibt es auch Sandstrände). Die Terrasse mit der Aussenküche war toll- kochen bei Sonnenuntergang. Insgesamt ein super Haus in ruhiger abgeschiedener Lage und perfekt, wenn man eben die Ruhe auch sucht. Matteo hat innert kürzester Zeit auf Fragen reagiert und zeigte sich sehr unkompliziert. Excellent séjour dans un cadre magnifique. La maison et le jardin sont très bien pensés et aménagés ! Le lieu est parfait pour les enfants qui peuvent jouer dans le sable en sécurité puis juste une barrière à ouvrir et nous voilà déjà dans l'eau. Sans oublier bien sûr la magnifique terrasse qui surplombe la mer. Un vrai coin de paradis ! Merci pour tout !!!

What an amazing location with a sensational view. We were looking for a restful location in picturesque surroundings where we could relax and unwind; this was definitely that place. After a day at the beach (7 min walk - downhill way there and quite a steap climb back if you decided not to drive) this had all the (immaculately landscaped) outdoor living spaces you need to relax into the evening and look out to sea as the day ends....views you could even enjoy from the brilliant outdoor shower! The accomodation was perfect for our group (3 adult couples) and on the warmer days it was nice to have the air conditioning. Both the owner and the host were helpful and responsive throughout. The only noteworthy things are that the drive into the location was along some tight and twisty cliff roads (I would not like to drive it in the dark) and the local beach is rocky so I would highly recommend swimming shoes. Overall we felt this was a magical place and had an amazing stay!

Het verblijf van Daniela en Giuliano is echt een pareltje! De kamer is compact, met een kleine badkamer en keuken, maar perfect voor twee personen. Het uitzicht vanuit de kamer is werkelijk prachtig. Buiten kun je heerlijk zitten in de zon of de schaduw, met hetzelfde uitzicht over de Toscaanse heuvels. Het zwembad is heerlijk rustig en biedt een fijne plek om te ontspannen. Daniela en Giuliano zijn fantastische hosts. Ze helpen je graag met alles en runnen hun eigen kleine wijngaard. De wijnproeverij bij hen is een absolute must! En de lieve katjes waren de kers op de taart!

Great place with a fantastic host! We stayed four night with our 3y old son and had a great timein the area. Please listen to Elena’s instruction and get an appropriate car because of the house location but do t worry it is OK to get here.

מיקום מדהים על צלע ההר הצופה לים ולמפרץ, נוף מדהים נשקף מכל פינה של הבית ובסלון חלונות פנורמיים המשקיפים לים, העיצוב הפנימי מאוד יפה ומיוחד, החדרים נוחים ומרווחים, המטבח מצויד היטב. הגישה לבית בכביש מפותל אך מתרגלים אליו במהלך השהייה. חוויה מדהימה שנזכור תמיד !

L'alloggio è ottimo per una vacanza tranquilla, luogo isolato e silenzioso, con grandi spazi esterni per poter piacevolmente mangiare all'aperto circondati dal bosco e solo da rumori della natura. Ideale per chi ha, come me, un cane. La casa è comoda, con parcheggio interno, fresca nonostante l'assenza dll'aria condizionata, con spazi comodi seppur minimi. Roberto ha risposto prontamente alle mie richieste, molto disponibile con gli orari e dettagliato nelle istruzioni al momento della consegna delle chiavi. Il comprensorio dove è localizzato l'alloggio ha una bella spiaggia a 10 minuti di distanza a piedi, un'altra, meravigliosa, a 5 minuti di auto ed è comunque comodo spostarsi nei dintorni in auto. Ci tornerei volentieri e spero di poterlo fare presto.
