There is a sofa and dining area with digital smart tv. There is tea and coffee provided along with fresh milk, butter,breakfast cereals and sliced bread.

Beautiful cosy Shepherds Hut with views over the local countryside. We have recently installed a wood burning hot tub! No water jets or flashy lights or music, just rustic charm to relax in. This does need to be booked in advance, a minimum of 48 hours notice is required at a charge of £40. We will have the water heated to around 40c for your arrival, this temperature will be maintained for several hours but if you would like to top up the heat you are welcome to light the woodburner.

Jacinta’s place was very convenient as it is just few steps away from the bus stop and is close to grocery stores. The place is cosy and has character and a great place to relax away from work and when we encountered concerns, they were very quick to respond. Thank you for accommodating us Jacinta!

A warm, comfortable home that makes good use of its limited space. The sitting room and bedroom are spacious, with enough seating in the former and a large comfortable bed in the upstairs bedroom. The shower room is warm and well designed with an efficient walk in shower. As other reviewers have said it's 2 minutes from the town centre but really quiet. Morpeth is very good for car parking, I think the disc system is good, but unpacking/packing can be a bit of a challenge if there aren't any residents' parking spaces available. The kitchen was thoughtfully stocked, we were pleased to find it had a microwave. The Christmas decorations and welcome pack were a very nice touch. All in all a good base to visit family/explore the area.

We absolutely loved our stay. It is such a cosy, gorgeous house! The hot tub is perfect, nice and secluded so you don't feel like you're being overlooked. The beds very comfortable and the location is brilliant, it's 10 mins into the main town and some lovely walks. I would defintely stay here again. I would say there wasn't much washing up liquid or toilet paper so I would advise bringing more of your own supplies and the garden defintely needed a good sweeping, we weren't able to use the cushions as they'd been left out in the rain. but overall a brill stay and I would definitely recommend! Thanks for a lovely stay!

This is a fabulous base for exploring the surrounds, located in a quiet, peaceful residential area. The accommodation is homely and cosy, super clean and has some nice touches in terms of provisions. We visited with a toddler and an infant and it was perfect. Nicola is easy to communicate with and very helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend.
