Temple Wood and the standing stones are in walking distance with the Crinan Canal a short drive or cycle. The guest accommodation does have a seperate entrance and the whole of the ground floor is for guest use with 2 double bedrooms and modern bathroom consisting of double width shower, sink and toilet. The house stands on its own in a rural setting and is close to the ferry for the Island of Kerrera. The view from the house is over looking the Sound of Kerrera with yachts, fishing boats and ferries passing by. It's two miles to Oban which has a large choice of places to eat. There is virtually no public transport to the house. Taxis are available from the railway station area in the town. Visitors are asked to arrive after 17.00 hours and on the morning of departure to leave by 10.00.

Welcome all. Twin room, sharing all amenities with myself, the proprietor, only. Quality and comfy beds with plenty of cupboard space etc. Toilet with shower. Living room with lovely coal fire, tv, dvd's, and WiFi access throughout the house. And not to mention a lovely cooked breakfast in the morning. Kinlochleven is a lovely wee village in the heart of the Highlands offering fishing, trekking, climbing etc with 4 restaurant / bars and a Co Op.

Towels and bedding supplied as well as handsoap in bathroom, no other other toiletries are provided. The area is quiet and only approx 3 minutes drive from the town centre, a 10-15 min walk or a regular bus service every half hour throughout the day_ the closest bus stop about 150 mtrs from the house.
