Why not drop your bags with us during a champagne getaway! Our house with garden is nestled in the heart of the Côte des Bar in a Champagne village crossed by the Seine, awarded 4 flowers. Amenities: butcher, champagne cellars, electric vehicle charging station, bread delivery 2 km (Gyé/Seine). Multisport field and children's games 300 m away. We are 10 minutes from the Renoir Museum, 30 minutes from Nigloland, lakes, 45 minutes from Troyes. Linen included. Wi-Fi (fiber) throughout the house.

A louer, maison de 60 m², avec cour fermée et parking extérieur, face au gîte. 1 pièce de vie au rez de chaussée avec cuisine, salon, cheminée. 1 salle d'eau au rez de chaussée A l'étage, 2 chambres en enfilade, une première chambre parentale avec un lit double 160x200. Au fond, une chambre d'enfants avec deux lits simples 120x190 et 90x190. C'est une maison qui allie le confort des équipements modernes et le charme des vieilles pierres . Chauffage poêle à bois et radiateurs électriques.

Réputé pour son lien avec le peintre Renoir, le village offre un cadre calme et verdoyant, parfait pour un séjour reposant. Sur place, vous trouverez des commerces de proximité (boulangerie, épicerie, restaurants…), permettant de profiter pleinement du village sans prendre la voiture. Idéal pour découvrir la Champagne, se promener, randonner ou déguster les vins locaux

Rooms at the Vieux Moulin

Full accommodation in a village of the Côte des Bar in Champagne. New construction in an old barn, all modern comforts with the charm of the old. Enter the barn, a door and then a staircase allow you to arrive at the accommodation, located on the first floor. You will first discover the living room: kitchen/dining room. A hallway leads to the 4 bedrooms. Each includes its own private bathroom, shower + toilet. Underfloor heating for added comfort.

Accommodation close to the highway and Nigloland

An accommodation that is very well surrounded by the Nigloland amusement park, Lake of the Orient Forest, a Grimpobranche, the Côte de Bars to visit the vineyard and/or cellars, there are also several restaurants and shops. All this is within 15-30 minutes. Within 30-45 minutes you can find the city of Troyes as well as many factory outlets, cinema, bowling, laser game and more. The added bonus is the highway exit which is 3 km away.

Caravan in paradise (small)

The sound of water. Birds singing. Forest immersion in a corner of paradise by a river with all modern comforts (bathroom, toilet). To complete this idyllic setting, you will find outdoor games (petanque, badminton), hammock, kayak and barbecue on site. WA trailer offers, in addition, tea, coffee, chips (offered) and local champagne for an extra charge. Possibility to rent a second trailer with kitchen (4 people + 2 children).

The little summer house

The little summer house is a charming ecological gite for 6 persons (3 bedrooms) located in a quiet village on the touristic road of Champagne, with a confortable equipment (dishwasher, washing machine, TV, DVD, wi-fi ...) and a wall surrounded garden. Between June and September, as in-ground swimming pool is accessible between 1:00 and 7:00 pm. Parking takes place inside the property.
