The place was great, just as advertised and in a quiet area. Would recommend having a vehicle if you’re staying here (or anywhere in Orlando really); I took the bus a couple times and it wasn’t too far to walk to the bus stop, but the bus ride is fairly long (though still doable). I had no issues getting in and using the amenities, and my neighbour in the other room was quiet and respectful - good since we share the common space.

I stayed here for 19 nights—an amazing stay! The house manager and the host were always responsive. It's a beautiful neighborhood. I could easily walk to the hospital where I was rotating, and it was also close to the SunRail. I had to extend the stay a few times, and they were very accommodating. I’d love to book this place again whenever I’m in Altamonte Springs.

Spotless every time. Good beds: I sleep like a baby. Solid WIFI and A/C. Any time have I asked for something, the answer I get is, "Of course." Nice place, nice people, nice atmosphere. I will be back.

This place was perfect small and cozy,I only needed it to rest at night since I had Family to visit during the day,it was clean easy to get in also it’s a neighborhood watch area,I felt really safe there! the a/c worked great! which you have control of,just scan the QR code and you’ll have access to lights,blinds,TV etc.. The Host Rolando was a great Host, He also had bottled water in the fridge,I thought that was very nice of Him to have as well as a coffee area. I highly recommend this place,I’m definitely going back!

Kari's communication from the moment I booked was beyond excellent! She was responsive every time I had to ask her something and willing to genuinely chat about the property. This is paradise! It's a 3 generation home cared for with love and forward looking to improvements. The beds were super comfortable, the place was beyond spotless and we were so happy with the location. If you are in the Orlando area and want a pretty, peaceful get away from the city (it is within 15-30 minutes of any restaurant, theme park, airport, point of interest you could want) book Kari's place. We had a wonderful time attending a wedding and exploring Orlando, with the knowledge we could come back here. Thank you!!!
