It’s a lovely place.

The Piggery is a beautiful self- contained, detached converted Piggery set in landscaped gardens as part of Verdley Edge and nestled between Cowdray woodland and the stunning South Downs. With walks from the doorstep and an award winning country pub ‘The Duke of Cumberland’ in walking distance, this is perfect retreat from busy lives. After 6 years superhosting over 500 guests The Piggery has just received a full renovation for 2024 and is looking extra lovely, we can’t wait to welcome you.

Chestnut barn offers a high level of stylish furnishings including a well equipped kitchen area, walk in shower room and a separate double bedroom. A perfect base to explore from, rural walks directly from the door, Cowdray farm shop, Polo and pub a mile away.

The spacious annex has a separate guest entrance and off-street parking. Guests can use the private patio and there are facilities for breakfast of toast & cereal (included). Located down a private drive in the heart of Liphook within walking distance of many local amenities (3 pubs, supermarket, cinema, take aways). The train station is only a 7 minute walk away and a 2 minute walk from a bus stop. We are on the edge of the South Downs National Park with some stunning walks from the house.

This beautiful, character filled small guest house with ensuite bathroom has been lovingly restored from its original use as a bothy in older times. It features a double bed with bedside cupboard, table ,luggage stand and wardrobe for your convenience ..You have your own private entrance and private ensuite bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. You will have use of the one acre garden and a complimentary continental breakfast . There is a private car park and woodland walks to the village

Set in the heart of the South Downs National Park. Newly built in 2022. The Annex is totally self contained and separate from the main house. With a fully equipped kitchen and en-suite shower room. Just a 10 minute walk to the centre of town with its many eateries and stunning walks around Cowdray and the local countryside. Midhurst is a lovely old market town with great cafes and boutique shops. Many pubs, River walks and first class polo can be found just a stones throw away.

The Lodge is a stunning hidden gem, a unique property tucked behind the shops on Midhurst's main street, which itself lies at the heart of the South Downs National Park. The area offers something for everyone, whether exploring the walking/cycling trails of the area, going to a horse or motor racing event at Goodwood nearby, visiting Petworth's antique shops, the sandy beach at West Wittering, or exploring Midhurst's history and its fantastic local shops, pubs and restaurants.

The Roost, self contained annex in Lodsworth

The self contained annexe is located in the charming village of Lodsworth, close to the towns of Midhurst & Petworth (with plentiful antique shops). Very convenient for Cowdray Polo, Chichester & Goodwood festivals. The sandy beaches of The Witterings are only a 40 mins drive away. The village has a lovely pub & shop stocking local produce. The Roost is ideal for couples and solo adventurers. Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate pets or infants. NO CLEANING FEE ADDED!
