The cottage is located in the picturesque village of Konopnica on the Warta River. It is surrounded by numerous forests, which contributes to the clean air. There are two outdoor recreation areas at the cottage, on the south side and very useful on hot days on the north side. Right next to the cottage there is a viewing terrace overlooking the grassy landing pad for ultralight aircraft, from which you can watch beautiful sunsets. You can also see the area from a bird's eye view. The beach by the river is a 15-minute walk away, and the other one, located behind the river, is 25 minutes away.

Zielonka is a vacation cottage located 20 minutes from Łódź in a small village near Tuszyn, close to Mandoria. Located near pine forests, it offers tranquility and clean air. The building underwent a comprehensive revitalisation in 2019, and all apartments, including ours, are brand new. Piotrkowska Street is the true heart of Łódź, and our apartment is right in the heart of it :) It’s hard to find a better location in Łódź :) The apartment is ideal for both short trips and longer stays for 2–3 guests. It is functional and fully equipped.

The cottage was built in 2001 as a tribute to grandfather Ignacy and has been almost unused since then. In 2022, we renovated and welcomed our first guests.
