House holiday rentals in Log Cabin

the house and pool were breathtaking. privacy fence made you feel protected and alone. very quiet neighborhood. loved it. hope to go back.

We had a great stay. We were in town for a wedding. Location was convenient since it was just 10 minutes away from the wedding venue in Colleyville and we had family members that live in Euless. We found plenty to do in the area. Airport was about 20 minutes away. House itself was comfortable and tidy. Pretty quiet neighborhood. All of the amenities were great. Games and Pac-Man were a plus! Appreciate all of the large TVs. We used the pool on the last day of our stay. Valerie and Gio were gracious and allowed us to invite our niece and nephews over to swim. The only hard part was the neighbor near the master bedroom has a large dog that would bark at night until about 11-11:30 PM. Luckily, we only experienced that 2 of the 4 nights. Overall, it was a fantastic stay! We would stay again.

This house is beautiful plenty of space for a large family kitchen adequately stocked best oven I’ve ever used in my life and once I figured it out lol. Ended up extending my stay. The home is lovely.

This is the second time we rent this house. This is the perfect summer getaway for a weekend with friends and family! We appreciated the numerous amenities, including the large firepit, the ponds and the boats available for use. Thank you to the host for having us.

This is the third time we have rented this house and won't be the last.. It is perfect for family gatherings. Something for all ages and interests. The hosts are always spot on. Great location close to everything but back away from the road to feel private.

We had a wonderful stay at Luanne and Emma’s place in The Colony, TX! The home was so welcoming, beautifully decorated, and had such a cozy, homey feel. It was the perfect retreat to come back to after long days at the soccer fields—comfortable, peaceful, and thoughtfully put together. Every detail was considered—from the fully stocked kitchen to the little touches that made it feel like home. They truly thought of everything you might need during your stay. The highlight was undoubtedly the pool, which offered a breathtaking view and a serene atmosphere. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would gladly return in the future. We had the best weekend! The house was beautiful with so much space. The kids loved the game room with pool table, foosball, air hockey, jenga, puzzles and books! We spent all day on the dock, with all of the kayaks and paddleboards, we were all entertained for hours. The neighborhood was beautiful and felt extremely safe, peaceful and quiet. The deck is huge and we ate several meals out there. The kitchen was well stocked and we had everything we needed to cook all of our meals for our large family! Any questions we had were quickly answered, the hosts were super responsive and helpful! Our kids said it was the best weekend of our summer!!

This was our first visit to Cedar Creek Lake to attend a wedding in Murchison. We had a wonderful long weekend. The home is beautifully decorated and everything that you need is there. The property is lovely and peaceful. We enjoyed fishing, playing cornhole and sitting around the fire pit. The bed linens and towels were top-notch and mattresses very comfortable. Michael and Patricia are very easy to work with and extremely responsive. I highly recommend this home for your next stay.

The home was exactly what we were looking for. Beautifully finshed on the inside with a beautiful property and views of the lake. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with more than enough towels available. One item for consideration. The steps to the second floor are incredibly steep and unmanageable for someone with mobility issues. There is a sleeper sofa available on the first floor but with a step to manage to access. The large walkin shower on the first floor was very helpful. We had a lovely time and wished we had booked for longer. We will definitely be returning in the future.

We would definitely stay there again. It was nice and roomy. The outside was the best. Thank you so much. It was great.

Ruby is an amazing host and our stay at her property was outstanding. The house was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was great and well stocked. We spent most of our time on the patio. It's so peaceful and relaxing! The hot tub is great and the projector works great. Ruby is very responsive to messages and made sure we were happy with our stay. We'll definitely be back!!!

The space is right off the lake. It was exactly how the pics look but even better in person. The air was crisp, the fire pit on the patio was perfect for sitting out under the stars in the evening. We grilled on the gas grill and enjoyed our views. Of ever in the area, would def be back. Everyone was very nice in this small town. I felt very safe.

Great vacation! The pool is much larger than appears in the photos - our family of 4 enjoyed it very much several times. Right on the lake with lots to do - canoes provided. We had a lovely time and will definitely remember this location for future Gun Barrel City vacations. Highly recommended.

Great lake house to stay at, had all the amenities you need. It has kayaks and paddle boats ready for you to use. The inside of the house is great has a lot of electronics that you can use. Definitely would recommend to anyone who wants to have a great lake house experience.

It was very nice and Jacob did a great job at Hosting. He was highly responsive and very friendly. He was also very understanding and concise. Jacob will not disappoint!

Every room was thoughtfully designed, and we instantly felt relaxed and at home. The host was friendly and communicative, making everything smooth from check-in to check-out. The beds were super comfy, and the space had everything we needed to lounge, cook, and reconnect. A highlight was meeting the neighbor, Bob—so kind and full of great local tips that made our stay even better. The location was peaceful and a true retreat from the chaos of life. We especially loved mornings with coffee overlooking the lake canals and evenings in the hot tub under string lights. It truly felt like our own little slice of paradise. We made incredible memories and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend this gem for any kind of group getaway!

One of the best places we have stayed. Finally a rental that has all the supplies you need and they went the extra mile on all amenities. Safe location. Close enough to the store for things you may need. We cooked most of the time and then drove into Ft Worth for lunch at the stockyards one day. My sons fished, swam, and enjoyed the kayaks on the water. This was the coziest place! Truly relaxing and we enjoyed every minute spent here. The host checked on us and were very responsive the entire stay. Don’t miss out on this little gem of a place on the water at Cedar Creek.
