You have 1 bedroom with a closet, 1 bathroom, and a kitchen next to a living room that leads directly to a nice terrace where you can enjoy a hot tub that has a beautiful view of the Matanzas stream. All the rooms have a view that dominates the Matanzas ravine and the sea in the distance. You can also park your vehicle next to the cabin.

AlmaMar – beachfront house in central Matanzas

AlmaMar Matanzas is located on the first line of the ocean, just above the beach, with private access, in a community of seven houses in the mecca of windsurfing / kitesurfing in Matanzas. It’s halfway between Hotel Surazo and Roca Cuadrada and it has a view of both. The surf and wind conditions here are World-Class and the La Mesa surf break is directly in front of the house. La Casa del Suizo is located in front of the ocean, within the luxury "Vista al oceano" condominium. This condominium is private, with controlled access. It has a playground, a skateboard ramp, and a bike pump track. The simple house is designed to enjoy the sea and its privileged views. It is the house with the most direct view of the sea. Its avant-garde architecture is typical of the area, and is signed by Felipe Wedeles, star architect of Matanzas.
