Beachfront holiday rental in Loire

Very pleasant stay in François' beautiful villa, tastefully decorated, very well equipped, with a superb quiet terrace and heated pool. I highly recommend it, ideal for a family stay where young and old have fun at will.

We spent some incredible days in Pornic, the apartment is in the center of the village where you can do everything on foot, you can park for free and without problems in the parking lot of the station. The apartment is great, it has everything you need to enjoy it and the village.

The accommodation is perfect for a stay as a couple. The beach is barely 2 minutes' walk and shops are also accessible in 5 minutes' walk. This is the perfect place to park the car and enjoy. Everything is as described with quality materials. I highly recommend it!

Very nice well-appointed studio with in particular the bathroom and toilet space arranged in a way that has privacy (quite rare in housing👍) the outdoor spaces are simply beautiful and I would say that I place the welcome among the best I have received... human, helpful, discreet and responsive at the same time... well done to both of you 🌞

We had a great time in Sarah's small accommodation. We slept very well. A total change of scenery and a great breath of fresh air taken by the sea. The contact with Sarah was simple and natural. A person full of kindness and gentleness. You can go there without so much as a second thought 😊

The house is absolutely in line with the listing. All the comforts are there to accommodate a family or friends (kitchen equipment, games and accessories for children, barbecue and smoker). The land is beautiful, very well maintained by Cathy and her husband. In addition, Cathy was very welcoming, attentive, sharing, always ready to answer the slightest question with a smile and the utmost precision. And finally, a big thank you to her for the afternoon spent gently removing splinters from our little Eden's hand. We'll be back for sure!

Ideally located, this accommodation is perfect for discovering the island of Ré and its beautiful landscapes by bike (rental right next door, friendly). The little extra is the sauna. Beautiful decoration, well-equipped. Good communication with the host who gives good advice. Parking right across.

Rémi and Aline were fantastic hosts! Very responsive and friendly. They also made us feel incredibly welcome at their beautiful villa. They made certain that we have a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I recommend their place highly!!

What a great stay. Beautiful clean home with plenty of amenities. Everything at walking distance. Enjoyed with our children and grandchildren. A lovely swimming pool and the playground and beach across the street. Restaurants nearby. In short, a lovely place. Frédéric is a very friendly host and responds quickly to questions.

We had a great time with the family at Anthony's house. It is very well equipped and the layout of the different rooms (sleeping area, dining area,etc.) allows you to share time together but also to have each their own space! The village center is within walking distance (there are all the essential shops there) and we rented bikes, which allowed us to visit the rest of the island on foot and go to the beach a few minutes by bike from the house. Finally, thank you to Justine from the concierge , who gave us a warm welcome on our arrival and was available despite our very early departure, not to mention her valuable advice on the good places on the island!

Celine’s house was lovely and extremely well located. The lovely restaurants of La Flotte and the local market were a short walk, and we loved biking around the island. The house itself is gorgeous. We will definitely return!

A refuge - a very nice apartment in a complex on the 5th floor directly on the beach. Exceptional view and wonderful to sleep to the wave music. A surprise!

Carmen is a great host, very responsive, helpful and friendly. Her place is fab, in a great location by the lagoon. As two families we enjoyed the privacy of the ensuite room with separate entrance. Having another ensuite and separate bathroom worked well for us. The main space with a little kitchen area at the back was well used too, opening out onto the terraces with ever changing views of the sea and amazing sunsets. The only issue, out of our host's control, was the bugs - mosquitoes weren't repelled by our repellent or deterred by long clothes, and the gnats and wasps were also persistent during the sunny weather. La Plage restaurant, two doors along, is welcoming for drinks and great seafood. There is an obstacle course and exercise route just along the prom for the kids as well as a baguette machine and another restaurant which rarely seemed to be open! Lidl, E Leclerc and Intermarche are within 10 mins drive. La Rochelle and Cognac within 1 hour. We would happily return.

We had a wonderful few days. The house was like in the photo, the view, with a remarkable location. It was a favorite, and it was sad to leave this magical place. David is a nice person. Regarding the equipment, he thought of everything, a fireplace for a small friendly evening, garden lounges with different views. Very nice stay at this family home. Access to the beach is ideal with children, no need to take the car. Everything is designed to host a family. Pleasant sea view in the living rooms. Very easy communication, was able to meet our needs. We'll be happy to go back!

The apartment is located in the heart of the old port of La Rochelle. It overlooks an inner courtyard, which makes it peaceful in the middle of the restaurants and cafes around. The kitchen is fully equipped and the bedding very comfortable. We highly recommend Leslie's apartment - a peaceful haven where we happily returned after our busy days. Leslie is very responsive and attentive.

Nathalie’s daughter was there to greet us and show us the house. Our group of four enjoyed our stay in this amazing house, which is in a beautiful location overlooking the bay. We had fun exploring the island and riding bikes. We highly recommend this villa!
