Both bedrooms have air conditioning and the living room has a ceiling fan. The condo also has two balconies which provide a wonderful breeze and view. The condo is in a gated community that is 35 minutes from San Juan and 30 minutes from El Yunque National Rainforest. It is in a small town, so a rental car is a must. The condo is a 3rd fl walk-up.
