Condo holiday rentals in Loja

A comfortable, spacious and very quiet place to rest and spend time with the family. Next to a very beautiful park.

My 2 friends and I thought it was perfect. Eddy, Martha’s husband, stood outside to make sure the taxi driver (from another city where airport is) could find the location. Mercado in a square about 3 blocks away, Tia a little farther but certainly walkable. We found great restaurants (Dumas) and coffee shops (Kawah) all within 10 minutes. Botanical and huge city garden were a cheap taxi ride away (around $3 each) Great instructions and information about condo, area and how to operate the TV. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Loja. Our stay was so delightful, house wash spotless,beds were very comfortable, good location. Even a roof top sitting area. Washer available with line drying too.

Martha’s place is a true gem 💎 in the city of Loja. Clean, comfortable, safe and within walking distance to everything you need. So many restaurants and pastry shops to choose from. Easy to find with clear instructions for check in. Martha is very fast with responding to any questions you may have. The garden upstairs is amazing and Martha is so generous in sharing it with you while you stay. Lettuce, chives, limes and strawberries to name a few items you could take. She has a clean and organized laundry room too. It is a city neighborhood with a school right across the street so expect some noise but it quiets down at night. You must visit Donald’s Pan on the corner Azuay and Olmedo. We loved our stay and Martha’s place and hope to return on our next visit to Loja❣️

Very clean and tidy, it has everything you need to stay. Close to shopping centers and parks.

It's a nice place It's not far from the center Its a residential area I was a little confused with the streets, but Sergio helped me find my way Neat and concrete in everything described by the host I would rent it again

Everything was great. It has a private parking space. Good location. It's a little cold so it's left on the ground floor. Everything else was excellent.

An excellent option in Loja, very close to the center to get there on foot, and in a quiet residential place. There are some options for eating around. The apartment and furniture are new and have everything required for a good stay. It is on the fourth floor, so there is a good view of the city and it has an elevator.

The accommodation complies with the description, a safe area and very close to everything. Daniel was very attentive and legal as I would like to let me know that I had stayed something and help me fix it. Overall highly recommended.

We enjoyed our stay at Vanessa’s place. Communication was easy. She greeted us upon arrival and when we checked out. The home is spacious and clean. The location is convenient to the park and only a 10 minute walk to downtown. The only thing to take note of is that there are stairs which was a little difficult since we were traveling with a child.
