Small cabin - simple living

Peace and quiet - all to yourself! The place is nicely located by the water, an authentic place with a simple standard. Without electricity and running water. Simple path down to the house, about 5 minutes to walk. We are renovating the cabin for new guests coming in the summer of 2026. The floor has now been laid and we have put a gas stove and refrigerator in the shed. The house is small with 2 rooms in addition to the shed. Living room with fireplace and dining area. Bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. Outdoor toilet! Clean drinking water has to be brought. Additional charge: bed linen and towels, NOK 150 per person.

Cabin in a great hiking area - without wifi & cell phone signal

Cabin with great hiking possibilities and many grazing animals, only 20 mins. drive from Lom city centre. The cabin has a wood-burning stove, electricity and water, but the toilet is outside in a separate building. It has a main floor, a loft, and a basement. No interior staircase to the basement. The basement has a bathroom with a sink and shower (small water heater). 5 bedrooms: 1 room with a double bed 2 rooms with 1 bunk bed per room (in the basement) 1 loft with mattresses for 5-8 people 1 bed in the living room Sætra is located 5 km from Highway 15, along a private road, without TV, Wi-Fi or telephone coverage.

The cabin is suitable for families, couples, individuals or groups of friends who want a comfortable stay close to Besseggen and the mountains in Jotunheimen in general. Walking distance to the Sjoa River. Rich flora, fauna, and an adventurous pine forest near Hulderstigen, Griningsdalen, and Russdalen. Short drive to Gjende, Valdresflya, Ridderspranget, Brimi Sæter/climbing park. The cottage has views towards the mountains. Double bed and 1.20 bed on the main floor. On the second floor bedroom with two single beds and its own loft living room, sloped roof and ceiling height 180.

Authentic log cabin in Lom

Authentic and old log cabin that provides rest and tranquility in the soul. Here you get a unique, Norwegian cabin experience with lit candles, fire in the fireplace and nature close by. Two living rooms with fireplace, bedroom, bathroom (no shower and no water), spacious loft and kitchen with long table. The cabin is an original prayer house with a large ceiling height in the main living room, and a recently furnished loft with many mattresses for beds with a window down to the living room and out towards Lomseggen. The cabin has no water. NB: - no running water - outhouse

Jotunheimen - close to Besseggen, Gjende, Nautgardstind

The cabin Luggumstein (Good stone) in Sjodalen is a great base for experiences in Jotunheimen. The cabin is designed by OHC architecture and a tailor-made plot with cozy patios with great sun conditions and views of the surrounding mountains. Here you will find rich fauna, bird life and fishing, adventurous pine forests, wild rivers and quiet mountain lakes, high mountains and peaks. In the immediate vicinity are Sjoa, Hulderstigen, Griningsdalen, Russdalen and Hindflyene. Further short drive to Gjende, Besseggen, Valdresflya, Ridderspranget etc.

Here you can experience a real Norwegian traditional cabin with an outhouse, solar cell, wood burning, gasoline generator, water is collected in a spring and there is an outdoor shower. The cabin has 8 good beds and is located at Bøvertjønn in Bøverdalen. Well-equipped cabin in terms of cooking, beds and furniture. Perfect starting point for active days in the mountains, fishing, hunting, cave tours, snow hiking, Randonee, or just enjoy the silence. The cabin is located 50 meters from parking in summer, 800 meters to walk in winter.

Seterhuset is located a stone's throw from Tesse water, Brimi Sæter, Brimi Fjellstugu, Climbing Park and an eldorado of hiking opportunities all year round. Here you can combine mountain life with culinary food experiences at Brimi Sæter, Brimi Fjellstugu and Vianvang, fishing and swimming at Tesse and many nice trips both in the immediate area and in Jotunheimen otherwise. The hiking opportunities are great with immediate proximity to many 2000-meter peaks.

Apartment on a farm in Lom with a great view of the village. We have a cow, chickens, a dog and a cat. The garden was formerly the residence of the famous artist Gustav Wentzel. Short distance to day trips in Jotunheimen and many nice trips in the surrounding area around the farm. We are happy to share hiking tips! Short distance to the most used bathing area in Lom in the summer and to groomed ski trails in the winter. 10 minutes to Lom city center. We can arrange bed linen and towels for an extra NOK 70/set. Welcome to Gammelstuggu at the Barhaugen farm. You live on a small farm, in a simple and charming log cabin from the early 1900s, renovated in recent years. The property is beautifully located with direct access and views of Vågåvatnet. Short distance to the national parks Jotunheimen, Breheimen and Rondane gives great opportunities for nice mountain trips. The area also offers the possibility for bike tours, fishing and mountain experiences. Both Lom and Vågåmo have several good restaurants.

Stay cozy and rural in our holiday home in Garmo. Electric car charger on site. (Type 2 socket. Charging is paid according to consumed KWT). The house is located in Garmo in the middle of Jotunheimen. Short distance to both the mountains, the national park village Lom and the village Vågåmo. The house has an open plan living room/kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Large partially covered porch with gas grill. Linen and towels are included.
