On top of genuinely getting what's in the description, which is already pretty decent, and a responsive host ready to adjust checkin and checkout times for my convenience, the showering facilities are worth mentioning. a decent shower pressure and hot water temperature is not guaranteed, so it got my attention. Also, amazing towels! I am sure I will be back.

My stay in Amersham was just perfect. The location was close to all amenities needed as well as shops and restaurants. The ‘flat’ was also perfect and felt at home straight away. Comfortably and attractively furnished, with everything needed on hand . The gardens were a bonus for the sunny and warm June weather. And finally, Pam was the perfect Airbnb host, close by if needed, and an expert on interesting historical tales of Amersham.

I found the Annexe was within walkable distance to Harpenden about 25 mins which is great on a fine day ( local taxis are available and not expensive ). You can walk via the Common or via Rothampsted Park both pleasant. Trains to London are fast and frequent and a combined tube and bus ticket is very flexible. The booking office staff are very helpful too . We went to Windsor on one day to which was less than an hours drive away . Eileen is a perfect host and will assist in anyway possible . oh yes the Annexe was lovely and warm ,we were free to come and go as we please and . Suited our needs very well . Would recommend

Fantastic stay, hosts were brilliant and went out way to make me feel welcome, lovely to have use of the pool, nice walk from streathem station over the common and lovely neighbourhood, highly recommend

Linda’s place was described. 5 to 10 min walk to manor house underground station and less than mins walk from nearest bus stop. The rooms are spacious, kitchen had the basic things we needed including condiments, which was great. Linda was nice, friendly and responsive. We had a few lovely discussions.

Stephanie's place is as described. Nice and spacious and even though it was very sunny, the place didn't get too warm. It's a bit of a walk to the station and does take some time to get to central London, but the street is nice and very quiet (also at night). And the shower is great!

This was a perfect place for us to stay. We were so happy with all aspects of this booking it was in a lovely area a really beautiful property with the most ideal annex to suit us. The bedroom, bed, lounge and bathroom all so nicely decorated and maintained it was as if we were being pampered! Great hosts so lovely and we would love to stay again! Thanks so much for the breakfast and milk and we even had a family game of life! Perfect!

Really enjoyed my stay. Lovely peaceful and quiet surroundings with everything as described. Host very responsive and easy to communicate with. Really good location for local places of interest and access to London. Would definitely recommend. Planning a longer trip for next time.

Sunita was a lovely host, quickly responding to queries and providing advice. She offered to drop me to the tube on my first morning and pointed out local amenities on the way. Friendly and helpful host.

I can recommend this place whole-heartedly. It is in the heart of Rickmansworth close to everything you need but it is also quiet. The flat has a tasteful, minimalist design up to a high standard. It has everything you need for a short stay. Rachel and Ben responded immediately to my messages and were very accommodating. Would give six stars if I could.

A great place to stay to watch the rugby at Twickenham! Lovely and clean with a great kitchen and the breakfast supplies were much appreciated ☺️

Dana and Ben, were very warm and helpful. They suggested some great places to get food. The garden studio was so lovely, peaceful and private. Parking was easy on their drive. The BnB is opposite a lovely park.

Patrick is a great host and is easy to communicate with. His property has been great for our employees working in the local area 😊

We stayed at Anne's accommodation for a week during June. The main reason for our trip was to watch the Cricket at Lord's Cricket Ground. The location was perfect, a 30 minute walk to the grounds. There are many restaurants and cafes in the vicinity. The accommodation itself was immaculate and comfortable. As stated in previous reviews, the bed was extremely comfortable. The shower was amazing, no problem with hot water or water pressure. Anne is a wonderful host. She is friendly and responsive at all times. she gave us some tips on places to visit. We were also lucky enough to meet the resident Great Dane, Lola. She too was very friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend this accommodation.

Amazing place to stay. We have a young baby so it was great to find somewhere so homely where we could enjoy ourselves in the evening whilst the baby slept! Nicola was very helpful and responsive. We had a great time cooking there and watching the cinema screen.

I highly recommend Nadia’s studio! It is perfect for a solo traveler. The entire place was spotlessly clean, the bed is very comfortable and it is exactly as it looks in the pictures. There is a convenience store and a few Cafés within a mile walk, as well as several bus stops. Nadia was in excellent communication the entire stay, and was very helpful and kind. Using her instructions I was easily able to travel into Central London using public transportation. A major plus for me was that it’s very quiet and peaceful, I was able to sleep better than I do at home! I will definitely be staying again when I’m back in London.

I enjoyed my stay at Rangi's annex. The accommodation was perfect for me - private - but I liked the idea of being attached to the main house, in case I needed anything . The kitchen was very well appointed. Thank you, Rangi, for your kindness and making me feel so welcome.

Teresa was a fab host and couldn’t have been more accommodating! I’ve currently got ongoing works at my house and her accommodation was a god send to have access to. The check in and location were great and the annexe was just what I required for my needs. Would highly recommend Teresa’s accommodation and hope to stay there again soon :)

We had a lovely stay at Gillian's place. Gillian was very welcoming and the location was perfect for the wedding we were attending at the Royal Berkshire hotel. Highly recommend, very convenient close to London.

Der Aufenthalt war wirklich rundum angenehm. Schon vor der Anreise war die Kommunikation super freundlich und unkompliziert, und auch während unseres Trips war Jen immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist äußerst liebevoll eingerichtet und versprüht ein charmantes italienisches Flair – wir haben uns direkt wohlgefühlt. Auch die zentrale Lage war für uns ideal, viele schöne Orte waren gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Eine klare Empfehlung für alle, die eine gemütliche Unterkunft mit persönlicher Note suchen.

Hilary’s place was wonderful! She was very accommodating and hospitable! The annex was such a relaxing place for us! We loved venturing around Windsor and getting to see Windsor Castle which is very walkable getting to! Hilary was easy to communicate throughout our travels, and we loved getting to talk to her and Jamie! Thank you for a terrific stay! 🩷

My son and I and our dog stayed at Amy’s place. It was perfect for us, warm and clean and had everything you needed to survive, we stayed for over 3 weeks and needed nothing. Would definitely stay again
