Tiffany is highly professional, easy to communicate with, and meticulous in managing the unit. The apartment was sparkling clean on arriving and fully equipped, even down to the water bottle dispenser. The pictures are accurate in all respects. I will definitely rent from Tiffany again.

Plus, it was surprisingly quick to reach some fantastic restaurants. The pools were stunning, showcasing the architect's attention to detail. But what truly made my stay special was the host's exceptional hospitality. Their fast responses and helpfulness made all the difference. I'll definitely book this place again for my next trip and highly recommend it to anyone. 100% satisfied!

We had an amazing stay. The location is perfect and the apartment is stunning—modern, new, and beautifully furnished. The rooftop pool is absolutely breathtaking and made the experience unforgettable. The value for what we paid was exceptional, and the individually controlled AC in each room was a great touch. The building felt very safe with strong security throughout. A couple things to note: this is a luxury residential building, and it’s unclear if Airbnb stays are officially allowed. It didn’t affect our experience, but something to consider if that matters to you. Also, there was a faint high-pitched beeping in the primary bedroom—earplugs helped. Despite those two small things, I would 100% stay here again. The home, amenities, and overall experience were top-tier.

I had a wonderful stay at Joyce place! The home was cozy, well-equipped, and in a great location. Everything was spotless, and the attention to detail made it feel like a home away from home. We enjoyed our stay very much Anna was always on hand before and after to help us. We felt at home in her beautiful place. It had everything, comfy beds pillows clean towels. The host was so kind ~ Even though it was late at night, they welcomed our family ~ Needless to say, the house was so cozy and comfortable. The cleaner is also a really warm and nice person. The apartment was super clean and cozy, with everything you could possibly need — even an espresso machine! Sua is honestly the best Airbnb host I’ve ever met. He gave us a tour of the place and shared some awesome food and coffee spots. The building has an amazing pool and gym, and even though it’s in a quiet residential area, there are plenty of convenience stores nearby. Both Sua and Phuc were super responsive and answered all our questions. Such a gem!

My family and friends rent this house for April 30. The house is centrally located, convenient transportation, large alley accessible, quiet. The room is new, clean and tidy, just like the description. People are very friendly and hospitable. Thank you Host Hang and Mr Tam for having us these days, the house was so nice and clean. Definitely will come back next trip
