Charming 1918 apartment with large porch overlooking sidewalk. Great vacation or staycation destination. We're one block to trendy shops, restaurants and pubs. Two short blocks to the beach and miles of walking and biking trails. Close to CSULB, Alamitos Bay, Shoreline Village and Marina, Convention Center, Pine St, The Pike, Retro Row and Belmont Shore. We're less than 25 miles to Disneyland. Staples center is 25 miles away. Boat terminals for Catalina Island and cruise lines are nearby.

Rejuvenating 1913 Craftsman

This apartment is on the second floor of a Craftsman four-plex, and has amazing views of the quaint street below. There are beautiful trees all around. The building was built in 1913, and is a historical landmark in Long Beach (there is a plaque out front). There are beautiful, original built-in cabinets throughout. There are many fun, old fashioned characteristics of the apartment that make you feel like you are stepping back in time. This place is everything you'll need to feel rejuvenated!
