Phuong was a wonderul host. One of the best I had. The unit is in the great location. Make sure to stay there over the weekend. Lots of food, shopping, cafes. Strongly recommend.

This is a great house for a big family. It is in a great locality, within walking distance of the night market, shoe market, Hoan Kiem lake and all the great places in Hanoi. The hosts are extremely friendly , proactive and helpful. They let us rest and keep our bags before check in time and also offered us to stay at a larger property of theirs to accommodate our request for a late check out. Thanks to the entire team - Mr. Nam, Ms. Phuong, Mr. Huy and the entire team for making out stay so comfortable and for being so helpful. All the best to the entire team.

My friend and I really enjoyed our stay at Hien’s place. It was minimally but tastefully decorated. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. Also the location is very central so lots of places are only a short walk away and there are a lot of great food options all around. Highly recommend this place especially if this is your first time in Hanoi.

Die Wohnung bzw. das Haus liegen zentral in der Altstadt von Hanoi. Von dort lässt sich sehr viel fußläufig erreichen. Sie ist groß und modern eingerichtet. Es sind viele Restaurants und Bars in der Nachbarschaft. Die Kommunikation und der Service vom Vermieter waren excellent! Es ist etwas schwierig, die Wohnung zu finden, weil sie in einem Hinterhof liegt. Der Vermieter hat uns aber ein Foto gesendet, um es leichter zu finden. Es ist auch wichtig zu wissen, dass der Hinterhof nachts abgeschlossen wird und man einen zweiten Code benötigt, um hinein zu kommen.

On the whole this is an excellent place to stay. Being located right in the middle of the Old Quarter was fab as everything is walkable and lots to do. Host was extremely friendly, giving local recommendations and quickly responding to any messages. Decor is lovely, very different and exciting. However, there was a failure to mention toilet is located inside the shower, which would have been nice to know. Bathrooms in general could do with touch up, but are functional. Overall would recommend as greatly our stay.

My stay in Hiep Truong’s condo was incredible. The room is very comfortable and clean. Outside of the building, there’s lots of stores and restaurants to pick from. On the weekends, it does get a little more busy but it still feels peaceful. There’s a lake nearby to get your steps and to go running. Extremely recommend, specially if you’re planning on staying for a month or more. This is definitely a place I will come back to. 💯

The apartment location in Tay Ho area is really good because you have lots of restaurants around, supermarkets…. The apartment was nice and clean. Linh (the host) was very friendly and attentive. We enjoyed our stay there.

Hang's place was nothing short of amazing, from the check in to helping us set up our tours it was all perfect. The photos matched the place, and in my opinion it was even better than the photos. it was so comfortable and relaxing. The beds are a firmer than the average bed so do keep that in mind if you prefer soft, sink-in beds. But honestly, it was still very comfortable for me. Both hosts are truly amazing and wonderful, always responsive, helped us booked a tour to Ninh Binh which in my opinion is going above and beyond. Helped us with Taxi drivers, locsl recommendations etc We never got to try the Onsen or the pool due to a very busy schedule but it looked extremely nice and I saw people always going to it. The bathroom amenities were fully stocked, and good onsite restaurants/convenience stores, theres a Gym as well! Overall the place was amazing, and we definitely would book again! The apartment is even nicer than the pictures. Looks brand new in an upscale building with a nice restaurant on the first floor. I didn't use the building amenities but it has a good gym and pool. I stayed there for 6 weeks and the kitchen had everything I needed, the king size bed was very comfy and strong water pressure in the shower (my top 3). There are lots of shops and street food within an easy walk and more around West Lake. Lotte Mall is 3 blocks away with nice restaurants, a big grocery and would be competition for any mall in the US. Very quiet neighborhood with Old town a convenient Grab ride away (about $2). I did 4 street food tours, great way to meet other travelers and learn how to order and eat the local food. Ms Hoa is a gem. She was very proactive, preparing me for my arrival and checking on me. Though I didn't need to contact her often because I never had a problem, she always replied quickly to my requests for info or recommendations.

The place is amazing and the view is beautiful! The place is equipped with everything and area is very safe! Must recommend!

Really nice apartment! The location is great, especially if you have kids. Very nice area to have walks outside and there are some restaurants near by. Golf court 5 minutes walk from the apartment, cinema near by and a great park with animals such as a donkey, goats etc… All in all, very satisfied!
