Holiday rentals with a patio in Long Neck

We were delighted to find this location after driving across the country for a move to the East Coast. This Airbnb is spacious and well appointed. It is also local to many restaurants and close to the beach. We felt at home and were able to relax. There is a kitchen with pots and pans, silverware, and plates. Also, there is all you need to go to the beach, including beach towels, an umbrella, and other beach supplies. This is a gem of an Airbnb.

This is a great place to stay if you are looking to a peaceful getaway within walking distance of the beach, downtown, and the farmer's market! The pictures are accurate and the condo is stocked will all of your cooking essentials! The host is very helpful and super sweet!

Jacki's place was a beautifully decorated and super clean 1 bedroom apartment with lots of space. The kitchen was nicely supplied with dishes, cooking items, and even coffee for the coffee machines! The bathroom shower was exceptional with it's tiled surface! A great place that we'd rent again! It was a great location for Lewes, Rehoboth, and Dewey Beaches!

Kate and Dan were very accommodating. They responded quickly to my messages. We accidentally locked ourselves out and Kate helped us instantly access the key in the lock box. My friends and I loved the cute rooms and great amenities.

This place was well laid out, with a closed in porch, comfortable beds, nice kitchen and was quiet. We had a nice stay here. Very close and easy to get to Rehoboth and Dewey beach.

This beach condo was spotless and well-maintained, making our stay comfortable from the moment we arrived. It was easy to find with clear directions and convenient parking. The location was perfect—just minutes from local restaurants, shops, and the beach. We would definitely stay here again for a relaxing and hassle-free getaway.

Quang was very quick to respond to messages, whether It was questions about the items that would or would not be available at the apartment before our arrival, or inquiries after we had arrived. I bumped into him unexpectedly and he was gracious and pleasant. Would recommend to friends and family.

This was our first time using an air bnb and I must say that I was very impressed. The place was very nice, clean and inviting. It felt like home when you walked in, the area was convenient to beaches, shopping, restaurants and gas stations. The little details they had such as a guest book to sign, games, beach furniture, binder with information such as passwords to WiFi and streaming services , beaches , recommendations for places to visit or eat at etc. Chris was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The whole experience we had was great , not one complaint . Highly recommend staying here.

We enjoyed our stay here. Our older dog was going through chemo for cancer, and we made this trip for dog friendly spot. The lab loves water and the beach. It was nice having a fenced in yard. The host was very responsive. The house was well stocked. The kitchen was well stocked. The neighborhood was quiet. We would definitely stay here again.

We had an excellent stay at Joseph's place! The location, in a small gated community, surrounded by trees was exceptionally peaceful and the others in the neighborhood offered friendly waves whenever we passed. The cottage was extremely cozy (two sets of comfortable sofas, a comfortable bed) and expertly equipped (i.e. full set of cookware, can opener, orange juice and creamer) and thoughtfully designed (washer dryer, front porch with chairs, fire pit in back). The extra, extra plus for us was that we could bring our dog. The location is ideal 20 mins from Lewes, 25 minutes from Rehobeth, and 40 minutes from Bethany Beach - tons to explore, especially outdoors. Joseph was very proactive (gate instructions in advance, for example) and responsive (friendly tone, responded within minutes to each question). Would recommend highly and without reservations!

I am new to Airbnb but l enjoyed the privacy and convenience of staying in a home. The accomindations were great and our host was responsive to our questions. The only problem we had was we lost the internet one night when the family wanted to watch a movie. I would certainly consider booking again.

Stephanie's place was cozy, clean and well-stocked with necessities. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms updated and spotless. The while cottage is tastefully decorated. Sadly, we were there during a burn ban due to the drought, but the fire pit area is charming. We were only there one night, so we didn't have much time to explore the neighborhood, but it's extremely walkable and we saw many people taking advantage of that, along with the local deer. We definitely picked the right AIRBNB for our girls night reunion.

I loved the apartment and its location, with easy parking and access to everything. The apartment was clean and had everything I needed for my stay, plus I loved the ceiling fans, which kept the place cool along with air conditioning. The two TVs were fantastic and easy to use. Sonya allowed me to check in early, a pleasant surprise. The beach was just down the block and I enjoyed sitting on the deck sipping coffee in the morning. I couldn't have asked for a better place for my stay in Ocean City.

Amazing place! Super clean, so nicely decorated, comfortable and had everything you could think of. Stayed here with my 3 kids and there was more than enough space. Super easy and close walk to the beach, especially with kids. Would definitely stay here again!!

What a beautiful area, and such a peaceful atmosphere! We really enjoyed our stay at Rohoboth Beach and this condo was just what we needed, very accommodating, clean, and in a great location, close to the beach!

Wow your loft was absolutely amazing! We had the best time it seriously blew us away. From the second we walked in, we felt completely at home; everything was so stylish and comfortable, and you two clearly put a ton of thought into every detail. The living room was perfect for chilling out and having a laugh we made so many great memories there! And the kitchen? Don't even get me started! You made cooking a total breeze. You even had a little step stool for our toddler in the bathroom seriously, you guys are the best hosts ever! The bedrooms were incredibly comfy! And that screened in porch was the absolute cherry on top perfect for morning coffee and evening relaxation. The location couldn't have been better either the beach and boardwalk were so easy to reach. It was the perfect balance of relaxing and having fun. Thank you both so much for letting us stay! it was a memorable experience.

My husband and I decided to go on a getaway last minute. We found Seth’s place and were able to book the unit for the days we had available. It was great and met all of our expectations. We have been to OC and Fenwick many times and knew this is where we wanted to stay. It did not disappoint and we hope to rent again in the near future.

Betty’s condo was in an amazing location! Ocean view primary bedroom, clean space, and within walking distance to the beach! It was quiet and peaceful, near a lot of restaurants and entertainment areas. It’s about 20-25 mins to the main boardwalk area! Betty is very responsive and I would recommend her place to anyone!
