Enter the ground floor entry of this split level home and proceed up the stairs to the main living area. To the left is the living room/great room with volume ceilings, flagstone fireplace, track lighting and wood beam accents. Gaze out the sliding doors to the screen enclosed outdoor living area with built in bench seating. The deck overlooks the screen enclosed built in pool with stairway access to the pool. To the right is the dining room along with sliding doors to the front balcony. The newly renovated kitchen is perfect for entertaining with granite counters, wood cabinets, stainless steel appliances and built in desk. Off the kitchen is a small hall to a full bath and laundry area. The top floor contains the master suite with vaulted ceilings, wood beam accents and another balcony. Two additional bedrooms share a bath and both have vaulted ceilings and ceiling fans.
