Monkey Manor, welcoming house nr Longleat

CatherineRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We had a lovely stay, plenty of space for us all, we booked specifically to visit Longleat and it's so close which was good. The host was quick to message back when I had any questions or queries. The garden was a good size which my daughter enjoyed and the outside table and chairs were much appreciated. The only addition I would have liked was a hoover to help clean up, but other than that, had everything we needed

Unique, romantic luxury countryside retreat

JasonRating, 5 stars1 day ago
We were not disappointed in any way with our stay. Karen was the perfect host, friendly, informative with great comms even before we arrived. The accommodation was exactly as described, spotlessly clean, well presented, what you see in the advert is what you get. The swimming pool is beautiful & private...just the birds breaking the silence. We would recommend this property to our friends/family... we hope to be back soon. Thankyou Karen & Hugh xx

Cosy tiny home with garden & parking near Longleat

JonRating, 5 stars1 month ago
A very clean ‘tiny home’ which gave us a perfect base for getting to the places we wanted to visit over the weekend, Iford Manor gardens and Stourhead. The accommodation was easy to find and had all the facilities neatly packed into the small but cosy space. The house manual was informative and led us to Heavens Gate with its fabulous views over the Longleat Estate, and to the Royal Oak pub which served great food. We could easily return here and explore more of the surrounding area.

Wylye Valley Guest Cottage

NicholaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We had a fantastic stay – the property was exactly as described and spotlessly clean. The host, Olivia, was incredibly responsive and super helpful throughout, which made everything really easy. The bed and linen were extremely comfortable, and the whole place was quiet and peaceful – we slept so well. It’s beautifully furnished and thoughtfully designed, with everything you might need. Off-road parking was a big plus, and the location is great – just a 3-minute walk to the local pub and really convenient for the A303. We’d absolutely stay again. Highly recommend.

Part of a 16th Century Manor Farmhouse in AONB

NataliaRating, 5 stars6 days ago
Myself and a few friends had a really nice stay here. There were some lovely welcoming touches like butter and milk in the fridge, bread, and maltesers, which were very welcome! The cottage was spotless and homely. Beds incredibly comfortable and shower was amazing, better than mine at home. Plenty of parking spaces and you are right in the middle of the countryside, which as a lifelong Londoner did take a bit of adjusting to :) quiet and beautiful surroundings, I would definitely recommend staying here. Thank you Frances for a lovely stay

Dragonflies Read Our Reviews Breakfast.

MeganRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Great value for money. Ann went over and above, as described on other reviews. Communicated brilliantly when we were informing her of what was going on after our car broke down. After a long drive it was great that some essentials were provided. There’s was great info and tips about the local area. She also left us a card and a sweet treat since we were on our honeymoon. The peg wall of leaflets is a lovely touch. Amazingly close to the white horse as well. We didn’t use the laundry facilities but it was great that it was there. Thanks for a great stay.
