Nestled under the Wrekin hill in Wellington, this lovely private apartment is well located and handy for both business and leisure purposes. Five minutes drive from the M54 and a 10 minute walk from Wellington train station and Princess Royal Hospital. It is a 15 minute drive to Telford and Telford International Centre. Only a twenty minute drive to historic Ironbridge Gorge and its museums as well as medieval Shrewsbury. Our house is situated in a very quiet prime residential street.

Comfortable one bedroomed flat, with great views over the rooftops of Wellington out to the Wrekin, a local landmark. It offers a light and airy living space with two large South facing windows in the living room/kitchen, with fitted kitchen, TV, sofa, table and chairs. Great for access to Wellington and Telford. A short drive from Ironbridge, the national heritage site. An excellent flat for working professionals to use as a base. There are 3 flights of stairs up to the flat. No WiFi.

Compact kitchen (microwave, no oven) but we are also five minutes walk from Newport High Street with an ever growing option of cafes, restaurants and pubs as well as Waitrose. Little Rosie has off street parking, is five minutes drive from Harper Adams and within very easy reach of Lilleshall Sports Centre, Weston Park and Telford. Two pubs are on your doorstep and both offer a warm welcome.

Small barn in the midst of a working Dairy and sheep farm right next to our home with fabulous walks all around. Double bed with small shower room and mini kitchen area in the corner of the room. Ideal as walking base or base when working in the area. Good parking just outside the barn - vehicles can be left whilst you walk the glorious hills around. Cooked breakfast available in the dining room in the farmhouse for £10 per person - includes the choice of sausage, bacon, eggs etc.
