Pretty much on a door step of Manchester City FC, cycling centre and tennis centre. We're about 20-30mins from ManchesterAirport and 10mins from Piccadilly Train station by car. PLZ NOTE: due to bad experience, Our home is not for party!

You’ll be staying in a private room on the second floor of our modern townhouse, complete with a single bed, small wardrobe, and drawers. You will also have your own bathroom with a shower for exclusive use. You’ll be sharing the home with my family, including two teenagers, and our friendly cat. There are no other lodgers or guests.

No Smoking or vaping please!

PLEASE NOTE: The house boiler is located in the room, it’s generally off through the night but it can turn on late in the evenings when the house is busy, so if you’re a light sleeper this might not be the room for you :)
