You can rent a flat space in the basement for $100 per 24 hours, solving your parking problems. Elevator building, 24/7 easy access. This place is close to everything. Private bathroom, double bed plus a sofa bed, can accommodate up to four guests (two guests at no extra, starting from the third, each additional two hundred dollars). Excellent lighting and ventilation, with a window to the outside. There is a simple kitchen on the same floor with cutlery. Please note that the kitchenette is not in the house, but in the common area, 15 meters from the house. There are three washing machines on the same floor and a laundry drying area.
