Our 33m² newly-renovated place has air conditioning and is a short walk from charming, historic downtown Dijon. In a separate small building behind our house, you’ll have your own living room/kitchen, separate bedroom, and bathroom. There's free public on-street parking in front of the house. You'll be right next to the Palais des Congrès and the Auditorium, and a short tram ride to the train station, university, and hospital. Nearby supermarkets and other shops. Rated 3 stars by the tourist office, functional, comfortable, quiet, you will only have to enjoy this haven of peace. The historic center is within a 12-minute walk. Forget your car by parking it in our street where parking is free! Museums, market, Caroussel swimming pool, Colombière park, restaurants... everyone will find something to their liking! I'll be happy to hear from you, don't hesitate.

Studio at the bottom of our garden: kitchen area, sleeping area, large dressing room and bathroom (large shower/toilet). Please note, no key box (see time slot in house rules) and no TV (but good Wi-Fi😉). The environment is very quiet outside the train passages (sometimes numerous at night). Free street parking
