Holiday rentals with a patio in Longwood

I visited Lorena's place for an extended stay while on a business trip recently and it was extremely helpful to have a place that was a home away from home while I stayed for the three month stretch that I did. This location is in a great community that is quiet and everyone is friendly. The back porch was my "go to" after a long day and was quiet and relaxing. I travel a lot for work and vacation, this was one of my favorite stays excluding the fact that it was for business. If I had questions I had quick, friendly, and supportive assistance from the host and owners. I am defiantly saving this Listing in my favorites and I know that I will be back in the future. Thank you for the great stay and provided comfort!

The UCF Parents Retreat was absolutely perfect. It is just 10 minutes from campus! It’s a charming, cozy apartment that made us feel right at home. My daughter and I loved our stay, and even Lucy, our 12-year-old Cocker Spaniel, settled in immediately. The bed was especially comfortable, which was a huge plus. I would highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting UCF!

I had a great stay at Sebastian’s place. The apartment is well equipped and the complex has an amazing gym and a lovely pool. Location wise, there’s a Publix within a short drive as well as a nice little Downtown area that’s great for a stroll. What I appreciated most—and the main reason I chose this place—was that it made me feel like a local rather than a tourist, so it really fit the bill.

My husband and I had such a great stay at Sarah’s place. It was adorable, extremely clean, and very peaceful. We travel a lot and frequently stay at Airbnb‘s. We would definitely recommend staying with Sarah and would actually love to stay again when we revisit the area. This was by far one of the most reasonable stays in the area while providing exactly what we needed. Thank you, Sarah.

This place was an absolute delight to stay in. The bed was nice, plenty of sitting space. The Bathroom was well maintained as well. We were unable to use the hammock as it was dirty and had a few rips, but outside of that, the outside area was super cute. Definitely nice for a little couples getaway. There are a bunch of amazing places to eat in the area as well. 100% recommended.

Roy's place was so cute, and the perfect place to stay the night. It was very clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. They also left us a bottle of wine which was the perfect touch. I only wish I could've stayed longer and explored more of Sanford. It's such a cute and friendly town and the nightlife was fun too!

This place was amazing, definitely worth the booking and the air bnb host is incredibly sweet. Place was clean and all my needs were met, definitely will be my go to Airbnb next time I’m in Florida

Kayla’s place was great! So well decorated, cozy comfortable furniture and bedding, and a real modern feel. Every detail was clearly thought through. Kayla was friendly and responsive and the whole process was easy. Mt. Dora was a quaint town that matched the vibe of Kayla’s place. There are so many boutique shops, coffee shops, restaurants, all within a short walking distance. My only regret is that we didn’t stay longer and explore more so we’ll have to come back.

In town for a baseball tournament. Location to the fields was great — less than a 10 minute drive! Everything was clean. We enjoyed the pool after a hot day at the field. We appreciated the grill and used it to make some hamburgers and hot dogs. Kitchen was well equipped. Would definitely stay again if we need to be in the area.

This was a quick visit to Winter Park. The rental is as described and is in a good location to Winter Park. Most of the restaurants and stores were within a 10min drive including grocery stores. The property manager was proactive and great with communication. The area was quiet and peaceful and felt safe. The house is as described. The beds are clean and comfortable. The showers are large and the living room has a big comfortable sofa. The kitchen has appliances and a full accompaniment of cooking supplies. I recommend this unit if you want to be near Winter Park or want to visit surrounding areas.

This home is well cared for; clean, bright, thoughtfully decorated and in a quietly tucked away street. Sigrit was friendly and responsive! Had a wonderful stay!

We have stayed at this location several times in the past 3 years because it is close to my son's homes and I have lived here 25 years previously and know the area very well. I WISH when I move back to Florida, I can find a place like this to buy. I bring my 93 year old mom with us and she is safe and secure at this location. She has weak legs now and will be in a wheelchair soon, but this location would still be great for her to get around. She enjoyed being able to see the grandchildren play from inside and outside the house very comfortably. I LOVE this area, and when my mom passes I will move back. Even the elderly can enjoy this location, but Tennessee has very few sidewalks or parks close that I can take my mom. Altamonte Springs has it ALL. The host is wonderful and the house is beautiful and feels like an island in the carribean with the lovely decor she has provided. ENJOY !
