Maja taga on aed, grillinurk ja puhkenurk mis on ühiskasutuses. Parkimine pole hoovis võimalik, lähim võimalus on “Mäe” tänav (150m majast) või Viljandi järve parkla (250m majast). The house is freshly renovated and has central heating and modern ventilation but still with old details that are characteristic to Viljandi and adds a historic flutter and a little adventure.

Pakun Viljandi nautlejatele kodust majutust. Korter sobib ideaalselt kahele, aga mahutab diivani abil ka rohkem magajaid. Et külastada kesklinna kohvikuid, tuleb vaid Tartu tänava mäest üles minna. Kes mäkke ronida ei soovi, leiab lähedusest veel paremad sportimistingimused - ümber järve kulgevale terviserajale võib suunduda peaaegu et otse voodist! Lisaks on lähedal padeli- ja tenniseväljakud jms. Hoovis leiate puukuuri tagant terrassi ja privaatse aianurga, kus saab nautida ilusat ilma.

Väike, aga läbimõeldud ja maitsekalt sisustatud ruum on koht puhkuseks, kus vana aja nostalgiast saab kaasaegse mugavuse kaaslane. Kuigi selle 19. sajandi alguses ehitatud maja fassaad ja koridor on veidi väsinud, peitub korteris tõeline pärl. Tasuta WiFi ja TV muudavad viibimise mõnusaks!

Kick back and relax in this calm, recently finished (August 2022) cozy Saunahouse with an outdoor patio and eating area near Lake Viljandi. Saunahouse is located in a private yard and is perfect for 2 people, though an extra is possible. As the sauna is located in a private yard, there will be two extremely friendly Leonbergers (see the picture at the end) freely roaming around yard and maybe looking for belly-rubs or two, which is something to be considered.

The barn is built in 1892 and the bedroom still carries its historic feel with the hand cut lodges and many well preserved details like the original ceiling. Most of the materials are re-used, which adds to the feeling of the space. A grand romantic view over the fields will give a feeling of remoteness and escaping everyday.
