The green heart of our Residence, a combination of wood and stone, makes the Ametista house unique and fascinating. A double bedroom, a large living room with two sofas (one bed), air conditioning, full bathroom. It has a perfect terrace for an open-air aperitif with breathtaking views (perhaps after a swim in the pool or a sauna!). The common areas allow you to enjoy the peace of the place and to satisfy the view with a suggestive landscape that will brighten the days of your stay.

Inside the village, mobility is guaranteed by stairs to be covered exclusively on foot, which offer glimpses of landscape relief during the passage. Heating is possible thanks to a thermo fireplace (firewood always available). On request you can have a garage for motorcycles, bicycles or small cars.

From the house you can enjoy a breathtaking view surrounded by peace and quiet. The house, with two bedrooms each with its own private bathroom, has a large living room with a third bathroom, kitchen and large fireplace. The apartment also has private parking and a large, finely maintained, fully fenced garden.

Ethical house in Umbria

It is a 60 sqm annex suitable for couples who want to visit our region. We don't have a swimming pool but we have the truffle ground, the stream, the roe deer, porcupines, wild boars, our cats and the little dog Moti. In the garden, you will find herbs, fruit, and garden produce. Inside the cottage we rent, you will have our olive oil and helichrysum liqueur that we produce. We also produce saffron, but we sell it! Of course, pets are welcome!
