El alojamiento cumplió con todo lo indicado en el anuncio y Karla estuvo en todo momento atenta a nuestra llegada además que nos brindó flexibilidad de ingreso ya que llegábamos muy temprano. Nos ayudó que el alojamiento se encuentre muy céntrico a la plaza y agencias turísticas para aprovechar el tiempo desde el día 1. Todo muy limpio y ordenado y con la máxima atención de Karla, recomendado para familias que deseen pasar buena estancia en Tarapoto, nosotros también estuvimos en Navidad y el alojamiento estuvo equipado para preparar una buena cena navideña. Gracias Karla por el recibimiento!!!

Tolles Haus mit einem sehr schönen Pool und Haus. Wir haben uns hier sehr entspannen können.

Me quede la noche de navidad 2023 con mi familia, la estancia fue muy agradable, tienen mucha atención a los detalles, el lugar es limpio, tienen aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones, pasamos bonitos momentos en familia, lo recomiendo :).

Desde el inicio, Alberto se comunicó con nosotros en todo momento para asegurarse de que nuestra estancia fuera agradable. Incluso envió a alguien para que nos guiara hasta la propiedad, ya que llegábamos de noche. La casa tiene vistas increíbles y es muy cómoda y acogedora. Esperamos volver pronto. Sumamente recomendable.

EXPERIENCIA INMEJORABLE CON UN ANFITRION EXCEPCIONAL!!! Nuestra estancia en esta casa fue simplemente perfecta. No solo el lugar es hermoso. limpio y bien ubicado, sino que el anfitrión hizo todo lo posible para que nuestra experiencia fuera increíble. Desde el primer momento su amabilidad, disposición y flexibilidad fueron evidentes. Se adapto a nuestros horarios, nos recogió y llevo al aeropuerto, y siempre estuvo atento a cualquier necesidad. Además, trabaja con terceros para organizar tours y experiencias, asegurándose de que todo estuviera perfectamente coordinado, lo que hizo que nuestro viaje fuera mucho más cómodo y sin preocupaciones. Definitivamente recomendamos éste alojamiento a cualquiera que busque comodidad, hospitalidad y un servicio de primer nivel. ¡Sin duda volveremos!.

We stayed at Kevin’s house, and it was absolutely worth it! He welcomed us with warmth and kindness, making us feel right at home. We spent a peaceful night chatting on a small terrace that felt cozy and familiar. We really enjoyed the connection with nature, it truly felt like we were living as locals among our neighbors! We took a walk to grab a light dinner, far from the touristy areas, and that experience was unique. It gave us a real taste of local life in Sauce, and we loved it! I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a warm, welcoming stay that makes you feel like a local. This is exactly where you need to be!

Great home for large group or multiple families .

Jorge y Diana muy amables, en todo momento atendieron nuestras consultas, departamento cómodo y limpio, nos brindaron todas las facilidades, lo recomendamos.

Mauro was very helpful and accommodating. He gave me local suggestions for tours and for a ferry ride to the next part of my destination. The unit was clean and bigger than I anticipated. I definitely recommend staying here for your stay in Iquitos.

Mariella was a really lovely host. Her family was extremely welcoming, generous, attentive and very helpful. The location was great, and the house is comfortable, clean, quiet and peaceful - and also had a beautiful garden - it was perfect. I would definitely stay again in the future. Thank you so much for everything!

Extraordinario! Es tal cual lo describe. El host tuvo muy buena comunicación. La casa simplemente tenía todo lo necesario y más! No necesitamos nada, todo lo teníamos a nuestra disposición, condimentos, aceita, gas, hielos. Muy cómodo y muy limpio, fue una gran elección. Muchas gracias a Carlos y al joven que nos recogió del aeropuerto, eso también fue un gran plus. Sin duda volveríamos.

I recently stayed at this property for four days, and I can honestly say it was one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had. From the moment we booked, the host Carmen and co-host Carla were incredibly attentive. Carla, in particular, went above and beyond with her top-notch customer service. She made herself available at all times to answer any questions and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The entire place was spotless—super clean and well-maintained. It’s clear that the hosts take great pride in keeping everything in perfect condition. What really surprised me was that the home was even better in person than it looked in the photos, which is rare! The ambiance, layout, and décor far exceeded our expectations. The only minor issue we experienced was with the Jacuzzi, which didn’t work as expected. However, it didn’t take away from the overall experience thanks to everything else being so amazing. I highly recommend this property to other guests.

Doris fue una excelente anfitriona: respondió rápidamente, nos dio consejos útiles y nos hizo sentir como en casa. Su propiedad es un lugar tranquilo, cómodo y bien equipado para una estancia de primera en la zona de Lamas. La recomiendo entusiastamente y sin duda volvería a alojarme allí.

This place seems to be my home in Iquitos. I felt very comfy and I had very good contact with the staff. The apartment itself is very spacious and has a lot of cosy places to sit down and relax. The mattress in the bedroom is very comfortable as well. Moronacocha district is quiet and I didn't hear the street noise which allowed me to sleep well and rest. The water in the shower is hot, there is a heater in the bathroom. All of the staff are very kind and easy-going, they're doing a very good job. I wish them good luck and hope to see them again soon!

Beautiful space inside and out. The staff is super helpful and polite and friendly. Loved the balcony with hammock as well as the courtyard, grill area and pool. Truly lovely place.

Wir hatten eine gute Zeit in dem Apartment. Sehr schöner Pool. Das Personal ist super hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich, wir fühlten uns sehr gut aufgehoben. Die Lage gefiel mir persönlich nicht sehr, ist jedoch Geschmacksache. Für eine gemütliche Auszeit mit Pool empfehle ich die Unterkunft definitiv weiter.
