The host provided boats enabled us to explore the area and enjoy the natural beauty. We had a bit of car trouble on en route. When we reached out to Up North they we incredibly helpful. Such a peaceful and wonderful place. We so enjoyed our time! A really amazing cabin stocked with everything we needed and more. The wood burning stove, tons of firewood, an outside grill over the fire and let me just say it was so quiet all we heard were the critters in the forest surrounding us! Loved staying here and would love to visit again in the future. The location is absolutely stunning and just what we needed for our little weekend get away. Scott was a great host and if we needed anything he was only a message away. Love that it’s out in the country and so safe!

I communicated with Courtney about possible early check-in and the option to gather around the beautiful firepit in the evening with extended family, and Courtney was gracious to allow and responded quickly to our requests. I highly recommend the Bunkhouse for a quiet and peaceful get-away.

Little Sisu was exactly what we expected! Peaceful, comfy, beautiful surroundings! Jesse was very responsive to any questions and concerns. The cabin had everything we needed and more. We will definitely be back, hopefully in the fall once the sauna is finished!
