The house is located in the center of Dilijan, in the back block of the city hall building. There is everything nearby: a shop, a supermarket, restaurants… There is a pavilion (besedka), a barbecue in the yard. Each room has a separate bathroom/toilet, as well as a spacious balcony with a beautiful view.
