Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Lorient, Saint Barthélemy

"Life is good" is a secluded villa with a very interesting set up. it has two separate bedrooms with in suite bathrooms on the top level with a separate kitchen and living room as well as a reasonable size infinity pool on a lower level. This would work well for either two couples or parents with preteens/teens of the same sex. The view is to die for. Indigo bay is a heavily developing neighborhood but this villa stands on the opposite side of the bay from the new hotel construction so it is not affected by it at all. There is a short drive to Indigo Bay beach (small and feels private) and another 5 min drive to a nearby grocery store. It is only 10min away from Simpson bay and 15 min from Marigot. it was easy to communicate with the owner of this villa and their local management company who gave us a warm welcome. we definitely plan to come back and spend more time in this lovely place.

Gorgeous and serene! My family and I had such a relaxing stay here and would definitely come again. The property matches the description and is a few blocks from the beautiful beach club at Rosewood.

Our stay was very nice. Would definitely stay again. It was all exactly as described. The bungalow was very clean and warming. Nanda was very nice and always responded to our needs. The bungalow felt secured, relaxing and peaceful. We had nice breezes throughout our stay. The driveway was nice and easy parking. We got visits from goats who stopped by for some drinking water. Which is natural of the island of St. Barths. A few land turtles came by for a little snack too. The bungalow is close to a few nice beaches and hikes. The lagoon in Cul de Sac was really nice and walking distance from the bungalow. There you can walk out on the bay see sea turtles, and many other sea life. Great snorkeling and finds. A hike around the bay on both sides are remarkable and easy to walk. Lots of nature beauty awaits. We definitely recommend Nanda’s bungalow.

We just got back from an incredible trip in SXM celebrating a milestone birthday with friends at this absolutely amazing villa! The villa is designed beautifully and so very comfortable. We were a group of three couples and it was the perfect amount of space. Melissa was an excellent host! We have traveled extensively and she was truly the best. She went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We hired the chef she recommended and enjoyed delicious gourmet meals! All of her restaurant recommendations were top notch. We also went on a magical boat ride with a captain she recommended. Lastly, the location is so perfect! It was easy to get to many of the main beaches and super close to shopping. The short kayak ride to Pinel Island was a highlight of our trip, not to be missed!! We loved the option for easy, quick kayak adventures to explore the beautiful surroundings. St. Martin was extra wonderful thanks to Melissa and this fabulous villa! We hope to return someday!

First of all, I have to say I love this place. Beautiful view, quiet and peaceful. The only things you need to be prepared is mosquito. We got a lot of mosquito bites. Make sure to rent a car upon your arrival. Specially if you arrived late in the afternoon. Not many taxi drivers want to go to the location due to unclear address. We definitely will stay here again. Jean, the house owner is very nice and helpful. He was on the phone with the taxi drive to guide him drive to the property and the next day Jean helped us to called the taxi to come and pick us up at the house to bring us back to the airport to rent a car.

Host was very responsive and proactive. Home was stocked with all the necessities. View was amazing

Amazing bungalow, beautifully present! Has everything you need

I would like to start by saying we didn’t know the Airbnb wasn’t walkable but our host was amazing and helpful. We were willing to talk the hills to our Airbnb the night we arrived but Azilis was kind enough to pick us up. It wasn’t expected but we were incredibly grateful. I will know for next time! The place was secluded and perfect for what I was looking for. The outdoors merged with indoor, I felt like I was on vacation. 10/10

The apartment is lovely. Modern bathroom & kitchen; comfortable bed. All very clean. Small outdoor space opens to a larger area and wooded walkway to the beach. Parking, though tight, is very convenient in this residential neighborhood. Owners also have car rental service, which is very convenient. This neighborhood definitely requires a car, and is a 10 minute drive to Gustavia or St. Jean/airport. Owner was very helpful when we could not locate the property; met us at the airport and we followed them to the property. Flamands beach is quite wide and long. A beautiful resort, Le Cheval Blanc, is a short walk away at the end of the beach. Perfect for upscale dining and cocktails. Most other restaurants 10 to 15 minute drive away in St. Jean or Gustavia. This was a gem! Looks even better than the photos. Such an amazing stay that I practically didn’t want to leave! Cozy space and I felt very safe as a solo female traveler. Literally had everything I needed and more. Ideal for a longer stay, like a few weeks or so. I didn’t want to leave I was so comfortable. The host was very helpful and responsive, there was a packet with information about everything in the area. I didn’t use the pool but it was nice with very few people so pretty peaceful. The beach is truly a short walk and it was beautiful. Everything is so convenient! Close to a grocery store and restaurants as well as a casino. Ideal location for sure. I had a rental car and even though there is no guaranteed parking spot I never had an issue finding parking. I would certainly stay here again.

We loved our stay at Bryan’s place in St Jean. It was as described, clean and in a great location. The place is walking distance to restaurants, bars and shops. You can hear music at night but it didn’t bother us at all. Bryan was very responsive and helpful. Great communication with instructions for easy check in and out. We would be happy to stay again. Viviane and her son Nicolas were very attentive hosts for us . Their place is really perfect: quiet , a magnificent view, a great pool, a perfect terrace. very well equipped studio. Functional and very clean accommodation. Very convenient private parking We'll be happy to go back. 😉😀

We’ve stayed at many stunning hotels on St. Barth, but this Airbnb was truly one of our favorite experiences. The location was perfect—a short stroll to Shell Beach (our favorite) and just steps from the heart of Gustavia, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. We quickly settled into the most dreamy daily rhythm and felt like locals in the best way. The apartment was spacious and beautifully done—every detail felt intentional and elevated. It felt like our own little slice of the island. It doesn’t feel like a typical Airbnb; with concierge service just outside the courtyard, it had the polish of a boutique hotel but the privacy of a serene hideaway. The hosts were thoughtful and responsive, and we appreciated the little touches that made the stay feel special. We’re already dreaming of coming back—or maybe even buying a place on that same street one day. That’s how much we loved it. If you’re looking for an authentic, effortless, and dreamy St. Barth stay—this is it.

I had a wonderful stay! The place was very clean and beautifully maintained, with a gorgeous balcony that made it even more special. The studio is in a great location—surrounded by shops and restaurants—and it's just a 10-minute walk to Mullet Bay Beach and about a 10-minute drive to Maho Beach. Everyone I met was very friendly and welcoming. The only challenge was finding a taxi, so I ended up arranging a private driver to pick me up and drop me off wherever I needed. Overall, a fantastic experience—I'll definitely be back!

Camille place is prefect ! Walking distance to downtown. close to some of the best beaches on the island , Less than a 5 -10 min drive! You can snorkel right out front! She also thought of everything, beach chairs, towels, snorkel gear, cool, ice packs. The kitchen has everything you need and more. We were able to pack lunches for our beach adventures. A grocery store is right around the corner and a gas station if you need to fill up your rental car. We also had the pleasure of meeting Camille at check in, she was very kind and very informative. We can’t recommend her place enough. We moved to another Airbnb on the other side of the island and we regret it. You can’t beat a morning coffee with that view and sunsets with a drink on the deck

We loved everything about our stay! Beach is right in your backyard and Marigot is within walking distance. Will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Francis and Dany's apartment is amazing, ideally located, comfortable, spacious and perfectly equipped. As for the view of the bay of St Jean, it is sublime!! 😍 1 unbeatable value for St Barth. Carla is extremely responsive to various requests (even the most unusual), such as telling me where the plates I couldn't find were!!😅 Thanks to her.🙏 As you can see, I loved my stay at Francis and Dany's, and will not hesitate to repeat the experience during my next stay.

Very friendly, a great location and fast communication!

The walk to the apartment from the garage was not so nice. Specially when you have problems after a knee or hip surgery, and also need to carry your luggage down with you. At arrival we needed to wait until 14.00 hours to be able to drive the car inside as close to the apartment as possible. But at check out the car was not allowed inside. We checked out was early in de morning at 04.45 am at that our the car was not permitted to drive inside the premisses, so we needed to carry our luggage up to the garage ourselves. This experience was NOT nice. Apart from this the apartment was nice and very relaxing.

The location was amazing. The accommodation had a fully stocked kitchen and bathroom... including coffee, spices, creamers, hair products and everything you would have at home. I will definitely stay here again!
